Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap partisipasi orang tua di SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai vaiabel bebas (variabel X) dan partisipasi orang tua sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa kelas XII. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 74 orang tua siswa yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 33,146 + 0,411X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,357 atau 35,7%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil thitung (6,328) > ttabel (1,666) dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005 sehingga dinyatakan variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi orang tua di SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta. This study aims to determine how much influence the principal's leadership has on parental participation in SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta. The variables studied were the principal's leadership as the independent variable (variable X) and parental participation as the dependent variable (variable Y). This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study were parents of class XII students. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 74 parents of students obtained using the Slovin formula. Hypothesis testing was done by simple linear regression analysis which resulted in the regression equation = 33.146 + 0.411X and the coefficient of determination was 0.357 or 35.7%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test, it was found that tcount (6.328) > ttable (1.666) and the results of a significance value of 0.000 <0.005, so it was stated that the principal's leadership variable had a significant influence on parental participation in SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta.
