Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stress kerja guru pada sekolah menengah atas negeri selama pandemi covid�19 di kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Variabel yang diteliti adalah beban kerja sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan stress kerja guru sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 227 guru, dengan total sampel sebanyak 73 guru yang tersebar di beberapa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Kecamatan Duren Sawit. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu uji korelasi product moment. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh nilai signifikan korelasi sebesar 0.000 dimana hasil terebut lebih kecil dari 0.05. Sedangkan nilai korelasi (rxy) kedua variable sebesar 0,818. Dari koefesien determinasi, beban kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 66,9% stress kerja guru. Dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara Beban kerja dengan Stres Kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Duren Sawit. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa semakin besar semakin besar beban kerja guru maka semakin besar pula stres kerja yang dirasakan. This study aims to determine the relationship between the workload and teacher work stress at public high schools during the COVID-19 pandemic in Duren Sawit sub-district, East Jakarta. The variables studied were workload as the independent variable (variable X) and teacher work stress as the dependent variable (variable Y). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 227 teachers, with a total sample of 73 teachers spread across several public high schools in Duren Sawit District. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was the product moment correlation test. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained a significant correlation value of 0.000 where the result is smaller than 0.05. While the correlation value (rxy) of the two variables is 0.818. From the coefficient of determination, the workload contributed 66.9% of teacher work stress. It can be concluded that the results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between the variables of the workload and work stress for public high school teachers in Duren Sawit District. Based on these results, it can be seen the greater the teacher's workload, the greater the perceived work stress.
