Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media booklet yang berisi tentang penjelasan mengenai faktor penyebab, gejala, dan cara mencegah masalah academic burnout pada siswa kelas X Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam Research & Development dengan Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 81 Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 peserta didik yang didapat menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Pengumpulan data didapat dengan menggunakan penyebaran angket kebutuhan media booklet dan angket untuk melakukan uji ahli materi, media, dan uji coba skala kecil. Hasil uji validasi ahli materi persentase sebesar 90% (Sangat layak), uji validasi ahli media persentase sebesar 85% (Sangat layak), dan hasil uji coba pada kelompok kecil persentase sebesar 88% (Sangat layak). Dapat disimpulkan, booklet untuk mencegah masalah acaddemic burnout pada siswa kleas X Menengah Atas dapat dinyatakan “Sangat Layak”. This study aims to develop a media booklet that contains an explanation of the causes, symptoms, and ways to prevent academic burnout problems in high school class X students. This research is included in Research & Development with ADDIE Model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The population of this study were students of class X SMAN 81 Jakarta with a total sample of 135 students obtained using the Accidental Sampling method. Data collection was obtained by using the distribution of media needs questionnaires and questionnaires to conduct expert tests on materials, media, and small-scale trials. The results of the material expert validation test are 90% (very feasible), the media expert validation test is 85% (very feasible), and the test results in small groups are 88% (very feasible). It can be concluded, the booklet to prevent the problem of academic burnout in class X upper secondary students can be declared "Very Eligible"
