Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program peminatan yang ada di SMA Negeri 113 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan model yang di kembangkan oleh stufflebeam yaitu CIPP. Adapun aspek pada Context, latar belakang mengenai adanya program peminatan karena perubahan kurikulum dari KTSP menjadi kurikulum 2013, Secara umum tujuan peminatan yang ada adalah untuk membantu peserta didik agar mampu mengembangkan minat. 83% peserta didik berharap program peminatan dapat membantu dalam pengembangan minat dan bakat peserta didik itu sendiri. Pada Input, banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam peminatannya. Sebanyak 66% setuju bahwa pemilihan mata pelajaran lintas minat ditentukan oleh peserta didik. Berkaitan dengan pelayanan guru BK, sebanyak 72% siswa menjawab Pelayanan Guru BK dalam segi sumber daya di kategorikan baik. Mengenai penliaian peserta didik, SMA Negeri 113 Jakarta mempunyai standar penilian dengan Kriteria Ketentuan Minimal untuk kelas X dengan nilai 75. Terkait dengan buku-buku pelajaran 72% responden menjawab bahwa buku-buku dalam pelajaran lintas minat sangat terbatas. Dalam Proses Kinerja pelayanan peminatan, dikategorikan baik dan kriteria keberhasilan dapat terpenuhi. Proses seleksi yang ada pada SMAN 113 Jakarta mengikuti aturan yang dibuat oleh dinas pendidikan Provinsi DKI. Sebanyak 84% peserta didik menyatakan tidak sesuai dengan pilihan peminatannya saat ini dan sebanyak 71% peserta didik mengatakan ingin pindah jurusan. 76% menjawab bahwa program peminatan tidak membuat peserta didik aktif. Dalam aspek hambatan hambatan yang terjadi pada guru dikatakan bahwa ketersediaan buku-buku yang ada di perpustakaan kurang dan juga masih dapat dijumpai edisi yang lama. Dalam aspek hambatan yang dialami oleh siswa, mengalami kekurangan sumber bacaan dalam hal ini adalah buku-buku pelajaran. Dan juga adabeberapa guru yang hanya memberikan tugas dan menginstruksikan untuk mencari di internet. Dalam Product dijelaskan bahwa, sebanyak 63% siswa menjawab bahwa program peminatan belum memenuhi pengembangan minat dan bakat mereka. 56% responden mengatakan bahwa program peminatan tidak membantu mereka lebih giat dalam belajar. Dalam indikator minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi 62% respoonden menjawab akan memilih jurusan yang berbeda dengan peminatannya saat ini This study aims to evaluate the existing specialization programs in SMAN 113 Jakarta. This study uses CIPP model which is developed by stufflebeam. As for the aspect of the context, the background regarding the existence of the specialization program is due to the curriculum changes from KTSP to the 2013 curriculum. In general, the purpose of these specialization programs is to help the learners to be able to develop their interests. 83% of the learners hope that the specialization program can help them in developing their own interests and talents. At Input point, many learners have the difficulties in their specializations. As many as 66% of the learners agree that the selection of the cross-interest subjects is determined by the learners. With regard to the service of the counseling teachers, as many as 72% of the learners answered the service of the counseling teachers in terms of their roles as the resources are categorized as good. Regarding to the learners’ assessment, SMAN 113 Jakarta have their standard assessment, as for the 10th grade, regarding to the Criteria Minimal Provisions the value is 75. Associated with the textbooks, 72% of the respondents answer that the amount of books for the cross-interest subjects are very limited. In the Process, the performance of specialization services are categorized as good and the success criteria can be fulfilled. The specialization process in SMAN 113 Jakarta follows the rules made by the Department of Education of DKI Province. As many as 84% of the students state that they are not suitable with their choice of specialization and 71% of students wish to change majors. 76% of learners respond that the specialization program does not make them to be the active learners. In the aspect of the obstacles experienced by students, they have experienced the lack of reading resources in this case is the textbooks, and also there are some teachers who only give the task and the instruction to browse all the tasks in the internet. The product point explains that as many as 63% of students answer that the specialization programs have not fulfilled their interests and talent developments yet. 56% of them stated that the program does not help them to be more active in learning. In the interests’ indicator to continue the studies to the college, 62% of the respondents answered that they will choose a different department with their current specialization.
