Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kolaborasi antar guru terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMA di lingkungan Yayasan Ardhya Garini. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel, yaitu variabel bebas (X) kolaborasi dan variabel terikat (Y) produktivitas kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode ex post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMA yang ada di lingkungan Yayasan Ardhya Garini. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan didapatkan sebanyak 83 guru yang akan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner untuk variabel X (kolaborasi) dan variabel Y (produktivitas kerja guru). Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil nilai rata-rata kolaborasi dikategorikan pada kategori sedang dengan skor antara 101-124. Lalu untuk hasil nilai rata-rata produktivitas kerja juga dikategorikan pada kategori sedang dengan skor antara 101-123. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,734 atau 73,4% dan hasil uji t thitung (14,952) > ttabel (1,990). Dari hasil uji hipotesis, maka didapatkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kolaborasi (X) terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja guru (Y). This study aims to determine how much influence the collaboration between teacher has on the work productivity of high school teachers in the Ardhya Garini Foundation. This study consists of two variables, namely, the independent variable (X) collaboration and the dependent variable (Y) teacher work productivity. This research uses a quantitative approach and ex post facto method. The population of this study were high school teachers in the Ardhya Garini Foundation. The sampling technique was simple random sampling with 83 teachers being the research sample. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires for the variable X (collaboration) and variable Y (teacher work productivity). From this study, it was found that the average value of collaboration was categorized in the medium category with a score between 101-124. Then for the results of the average value of work productivity is also categorized in the medium category with a score between 101-123. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis model with the acquisition of a coefficient of determination of 0.734 or 73.4% and the results of T test thitung (14.952) > ttable (1.990). From the results of hypothesis testing, the results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the collaboration variable (X) on the teacher's work productivity variable (Y).
