Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Santo Antonius Jakarta timur dengan tujuan untuk megetahui Strategi peningkatan kompetensi guru pada masa Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di SMA Santo Antonius Jakarta Timur dengan berdasarkan pada sub focus atau rumusan masalah yang ada, yaitu; Kompetensi pedagogik yang sesuai dalam penerapan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di SMA Santo Antonius dan strategi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki guru di SMA Santo Antonius dalam menghadapi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Maret 2021 hingga Desember 2021. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan dekriptif. Proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan atau narasumber dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Kepala Sekolah SMA Santo Antonius, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang kesiswaan SMA Santo Antonius, dan salah satu guru terpilih yang memahami konsep Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian tentang strategi peningkatan kompetensi guru pada masa Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di SMA Santo Antonius ditemukan bahwa: (1) kompetensi pedagogik yang sesuai pada masa Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh adalah kompetensi yang memahami peserta didik, kompetensi dalam membuat rancangan pembelajaran yang baik dan sesaui dengan konsep PJJ, serta kompetensi untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran yang mendidik serta dialogis; (2) Strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru pada masa Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh adalah pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru serta pengembangan kompetensi Teknik informasi. This research was conducted in Santo Antonius Senior High School East Jakarta with the aim of knowing the strategy for improving teacher competence during the Distance Learning period at SMA Santo Antonius East Jakarta based on the sub focus or the existing problem formulation, namely; Appropriate pedagogic competencies in the application of Distance Learning at SMA Santo Antonius and strategies to improve the competence of teachers at SMA Santo Antonius in dealing with Distance Learning. This research began in March 2021 to December 2021. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The process of collecting data in this study was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants or resource persons in this study included: the Principal of SMA Santo Antonius, Deputy Principal for Student Affairs at SMA Santo Antonius, and one of the selected teachers who understood the concept of Distance Learning. In carrying out research on strategies to increase teacher competence during the Distance Learning period at SMA Santo Antonius it was found that: (1) appropriate pedagogic competencies during the Distance Learning period are competencies that understand students, competence in making good learning designs and in accordance with the concept PJJ, as well as competence to carry out educational and dialogical learning; (2) The strategy used to improve teacher competence during the Distance Learning period is the development of pedagogic competencies possessed by a teacher and the development of information engineering competencies
