Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran pengantar akuntansi kelas X di SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 16 jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah ex post facto. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Akuntansi yang berjumlah 72 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan tabel Issac and Michael sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 60 siswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa 1) Pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah berpegaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 55,1%; 2) Motivasi Belajar berpegaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran pengantar akuntansi sebesar 32% ;3) Pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 43,7%. This study aims to determine the utilization of school libraries and students' learning motivation on the learning outcomes of introductory subjects class X accounting at SMKN 16 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMKN 16 Jakarta. The method used is ex post facto. The affordable population in this study is the students of class X Accounting, amounting to 72 students. The sampling technique using simple random sampling with tables Issac and Michael so that got sample of 60 students. Techniques of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1) Utilization of school libraries have a significant effect on learning outcomes of 55.1%; 2) Motivation Learning has a significant influence on learning outcomes in accounting introductory subjects as much as 32%; 3) Utilization of school library and student learning motivation together have a significant effect on the learning outcome of 43.7%.
