Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pola AsuhDemokratis Orang Tua Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMP Negeri 11 Jakarta.Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Februari hingga April 2017.Metode yang dingunakan adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi,serta dokumentasi,serta penyebaran angket yang dilakukan kepada murid-murid yang ada di SMP negeri 11 Jakarta. Penyebaran angket dilakukan menggunakan metode simple random sampling kepada para murid-murid di SMP Negeri 11 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian analisis korelasional menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel Pola Asuh Orang Tua Demokratis terhadap Motivasi Belajar memiliki pengaruh yang positif. Pengaruh positif tersebut memiliki artinya bahwa, terdapat pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar apabila orang tua memakai pola asuhdemkoratis terhadap anak-anaknya.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang diajukan, uraian hipotesis yang di maksud dapat diketahui bahwa pengujian hipotesis menyimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara Pola Asuh Orang Tua Demokratis terhadap Motivasi Belajar. Semakin tinggi penggunaan Pola Asuh Orang Demokratis maka berdampak kepada meningkatnya Motivasi Belajar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah semakin tinggi penerapan Pola Asuh Demokratis Orang Tua yang dilakukan oleh orang tua maka akan berpengaruh positif terhadap MotivasiBelaja Siswa ,orang tua akan melakukan pola asuh demokratis dengan cara Mendengarkan aspirasi anak, Meluangkan waktu untuk berbicara dari hati ke hati secara rutin, Memberikan kesempatan anak untuk berbicara jujur. This study aims to determine the Effect of Parenting Democratic Parenting Against Student Motivation SMP Negeri 11 Jakarta.SMPNegeri 11 Jakarta is one of the favorite schools in the area of Jakarta, especially a favorite in terms of education. The study began in February to April 2017. The method used is quantitative. Tools that are used are observation, as well as documentation, and questionnaire dissemination conducted to students who are in junior high school 11 Jakarta. The questionnaire was distributed using simple random sampling method to the students in SMP Negeri 11 Jakarta. The results of correlational analysis showed that between the variables of Parenting Democratic Parent Career to the Motivation of Learning has a positive influence. Positive influence has meaning that, there is influence on learning motivation if parents wearing pattern of demkoratis to their children Based on result of hypothesis tested, hypothetical description in the intention can be known that hypothesis testing conclude there is positive influence between Parents Parenting Pattern Democratic to the Motivation of Learning. The higher the use of Democratic People's Patterns then the impact on the increase of Learning Motivation. The conclusion of the research is the higher application of Parenting Democratic Parenting Parenting conducted by parents will have a positive effect on Student Motivation, parents will do democratic parenting by way of Listening to the aspirations of children, Taking the time to talk from heart to heart on a regular basis, Giving children a chance to speak honestly.
