Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebugaran jasmani dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja anggota Polda Metro Jaya Sub Dit Jatanras. Dengan menggunakan 2 metode yaitu rockport untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani serta kuesioner tertutup dengan penilaian menggunakan skala likert dari 1 sampai dengan 5 digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan dan kinerja Anggota Polda Metro Jaya Subdit Jatanras. setelah mendapatkan data dari responden selanjutnya data dapat diolah dengan SPSS 19 . Setelah melalui Uji T hasilnya menyatakan bahwa : (1) Kedisiplinan mempengaruhi kinerja (2) Kebugaran jasmani mempengaruhi kinerja (3) Tingkat kebugaran jasmani mempengaruhi kinerja anggota Polda Metro Jaya Subdit Jatanras This research aims to determine the influence of physical fitness and discipline of the performance a member of polda metro jaya sub dit jatanras.By using the rockport 2 method which is to determine the level of physical fitness and the questionnaire covered with the use of 1 likert scale up to 5 used to know the level of discipline and the performance of a member of polda metro jaya subdit jatanras. After getting data from respondents furthermore the data can be processed with spss 19.After going through a test t the results indicated that: ( 1 ) discipline influences the performance ( 2 ) health condition affect the performance level ( 3 ) health condition affecting performance of Polda Metro Jaya Subdit Jatanras
