Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesesuaian penyelenggaraan program Pendidikan Kecakapan Wirausaha (PKW) jenis keterampilan Tata Boga dengan petunjuk teknis program Pendidikan Kecakapan Wirausaha tahun 2016 yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pendidikan Masyarakat Direktorat Pembinaan Kursus dan Pelatihan Tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang mengacu pada metode kasus sukses Brinkerhoff (2005). Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu pihak pengelola, pihak instruktur dan pihak peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan codes and coding serta intern case summary. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan program Pendidikan Kecakapan Wirausaha (PKW) jenis keterampilan Tata Boga belum sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis program PKW tahun 2016. Oleh sebab itu, pengelola diharapkan mengacu kepada petunjuk teknis program PKW tahun 2016 yang sudah diterbitkan dalam menyelanggarakan program Pendidikan Kecakapan Wirausaha tahun 2016. The main purpose of this research is to describe the suitability of the implementation of the entrepreneurial skills in culinary education programs with the technical guidance of education programs entrepreneurial skills issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture’s Directorate-General of Early Childhood and Community Education’ Directorate of Coaching and Training Courses 2016. This research is using qualitative case study methods-using Brinkerhoff’s Success Case Method. Objects on this research were the manager, the instructors, and the learners. Data collection techniques are using semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using codes and coding with intern case summary. The results show that the implementation of education program entrepreneurial skills still not suitable with the technical guidance of education programs entrepreneurial skills 2016. Thus, manager is expected to refer to the technical guidance of education programs entrepreneurial skills 2016 that has been publised to organize education programs entrepreneurial skills.
