Abstract

Olahraga futsal di Indonesia cukup digemari oleh masyarakat Futsal di Indonesia. Klub Futsal Nantes F.A dari tahun ke tahun berkembang tidak cukup baik. Ini setidaknya dapat dilihat dari menurunnya prestasi yang berhasil diraih oleh klub Nantes F.A. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah:Untuk mendeskripsikan kekuatan (Strenght) yang dimiliki oleh pembinaan olahraga futsal di Klub Wind Junior Ancol.Untuk mendeskripsikan kelemahan (Weakness) yang menjadikan pembinaan olahraga futsal di Klub Nantes F.A kurang berkembang.Untuk mendeskripsikan peluang (Opportunities) yang dimiliki oleh pembinaan olahraga futsal di Klub Fursal wind Junior ke depan. Untuk mendeskripsikan tantangan (Threats) yang dihadapi oleh pembinaan olahraga futsal di Klub Nantes F.A. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan : (1) kekuataan (strenght) yang dimiliki klub Futsal Wind Junior Ancol : Kekuatan dalam pembinaan futsal di klub futsal Nantes F.A adalah memiliki atlet-atlet yang berbakat dan berpengalaman, (2) Kelemahan : Kelemahan utama dalam pembinaan di klub futsal Nantes F.A adalah dana dan sarana prasarana yang kurang mendukung, (3) Peluang : Peluang meraih prestasi yang lebih balk lagi dengan pembinaan atlet berbakat yang dimilki. Dan atlet futsal di klub Nantes F.A bisa bisa menarik sponsor untuk menjadi sumber dana bagi Klub (4) Ancaman : Ancaman pada klub futsal Wind Junior adalah menurunnya kemauan dari atlet untuk mengikuti latihan secara rutin dan juga untuk bertanding, dan Dari beberapa Peserta pembinaan belum mendapat dukungan penuh dari orang tua kara masih ada orang tua yang memiliki stigma bahwa menjadi atlet tidak aka nada masa depannya dan juga rendahnya minat masyarakat untuk menyaksikan pertandingan futsal ataupun terlibat di dalamnya. Kata Kunci: Futsal, Analisis SWOT, Klub Futsal Nantes F.A The sport of futsal in Indonesia is quite popular with the people of Futsal in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is: To describe the strengths (strength) possessed by the coaching of futsal sports at the Nantes F.A Club. owned by futsal sports coaching at the Fursal Nantes F.A Club going forward. To describe the challenges (Threats) faced by the coaching of futsal at the Nantes F.A Club. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded: (1) Strength owned by Futsal Nantes F.A Clubl: Strengths in futsal coaching in Nantes F.A futsal clubs are to have talented and experienced athletes, (2) Weakness The main thing in coaching at the Nantes F.A club is the lack of funding and infrastructure, (3) Opportunities to achieve even better achievements by coaching talented athletes who have. And futsal athletes at the Nantes F.A futsal club can attract sponsors to be a source of funds for the Club (4) Threats to the Nantes F.A futsal club are a decrease in the willingness of athletes to take part in regular training and also to compete, and From some coaching participants have not get full support from parents, there are still parents who have the stigma that being an athlete will not have a future and also the low interest of the public to watch futsal matches or get involved in it.
