Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terdapat atau tidaknya hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja guru honorer SD Negeri di Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan dua variable yaitu, beban kerja (X) sebagai variabel bebas dan stres kerja (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan studi korelasional dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin.. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 105 orang guru dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi product moment dengan nilai r sebesar 0,2478 serta hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 diperoleh nilai thitung = 2,596 > ttabel = 1,983. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan sebelumnya diterima yaitu tolak H0 dan terima Ha. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh koefisien determinasi dengan nilai 0,0614 yang berarti bahwa beban kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap stres kerja sebesar 6,14%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi beban kerja maka semakin tinggi pula stres kerja guru honorer SD Negeri di Kecamatan Pulogadung Jakarta Timur. This research aims to determine the relationship between workload with work stress of honorary teachers Elementary School in District Johar Baru Central Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with two variable that is, work load (X) as independent variable and work stress (Y) as dependent variable. The research method used is survey method with correlational study and quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling by formula Slovin. Samples were as many as 105 honorary teachers and data collecting using questionnaires. From the results of data analysis obtained product moment correlation coefficient with r value of 0.2478 and test results hypothesis t test with significance level α = 0.05 obtained tcount = 2.596 which mean bigger than ttable = 1.983. Thus, it can be said that the hypothesis proposed previously accepted that reject H0 and accept Ha.In addition, based on the calculation results obtained coefficient of determination with a value of 0.0614 which means that the workload contributes to work stress of 6.14%. Based on the results of the study it is known that the higher the workload the higher the work stress of honorary teachers Elementary School in District Pulogadung East Jakarta.
