Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran sejarah kelas XII MIPA dan XII IPS di SMA Negeri 64 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dari bulan Juli 2016 hingga September 2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi melalui pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari informan kunci dan informan inti. Informan kunci yaitu wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum SMA Negeri 64 Jakarta. Informan inti yaitu guru mata pelajaran sejarah wajib kelas XII serta siswa-siswa kelas XII MIPA dan XII IPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru mata pelajaran sejarah Indonesia (wajib) yang mengajar di kelas X dan XII baik MIPA dan IPS di SMA Negeri 64 Jakarta tidak menunjukkan kreativitasnya dengan memecahkan suatu permasalahan di kelas XII ditinjau dari perencanaan pembelajaran sejarah, pelaksanaan pembelajaran sejarah, dan penilaian pembelajaran sejarah dalam aspek sikap. Di dalam perencanaan pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XII guru tersebut tidak memiliki ciri-ciri orang yang berkepribadian kreatif, seperti kaya akan inisiatif dalam merubah alokasi waktu belajar pada RPP. Begitupun di dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran sejarah, guru tersebut tidak memiliki ciri-ciri orang yang berkepribadian kreatif, seperti memiliki citra diri di hadapan siswa-siswi kelas XII MIPA 1, kelas XII IPS 1, kelas XII IPS 3, dan kelas XII IPS 4 atas perintah pembentukan kelompok yang sudah diberikan oleh guru di kelas. Selain itu, guru tersebut tidak memiliki ciri-ciri orang yang berkepribadian keatif, seperti memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memanfaatkan alokasi waktu belajar di kelas dengan sebaik-baiknya dalam pelaksanaan sesi tanya-jawab di kelas. Sama halnya dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pada penilaian pembelajaran sejarah dari aspek sikap, guru tersebut tidak memiliki ciri- ciri orang yang berkepribadian kreatif, seperti memiliki citra diri di hadapan siswa-siswi kelas XII IPS 2 atas aturan penggunaan handphone yang sudah diberikan oleh guru di kelas dan di hadapan siswa-siswi kelas XII IPS 3 atas aturan makan yang sudah diberikan oleh guru di kelas. Berbeda dengan penilaian pembelajaran sejarah dalam aspek sikap, pada penilaian pembelajaran sejarah dalam aspek pengetahuan guru tersebut kaya akan inisiatif dengan memberikan tes tulis esai yang berbeda-beda di masing-masing kelas XII baik MIPA maupun IPS pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran sejarah. The purpose of this research is to give information about teacher creativity in teaching of history class of XII MIPA and XII IPS at 64 Senior High School Jakarta. This research took 3 months from July until September 2016. This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach. The data obtained from observation, interview, and study document. The data source that used in this research were the key informant and the main informant. The key informant is vice principal curriculum field of 64 Senior High School Jakarta. The main informant are XII grade history teacher and students of XII MIPA and XII IPS. The result of this research showed that the history teacher who teach in X grade and XII grade, either MIPA or IPS at 64 Senior High School Jakarta, didn’t show her creativity in solving a problem in XII grade based of teaching of history plan, the implementation of the teaching of history, and assessment of teaching history in the aspect of attitude. In the teaching of history plan for XII grade the teacher doesn’t have creative personality traits, such as doesn’t full of inisiative at changing allocation of time in teaching of history plan. Either in the implementation of the teaching of history the teacher doesn’t have creative personality traits, such as doesn’t have image in front of the students class of XII MIPA 1, XII IPS 1, XII IPS 3, and XII IPS 4 based on forming groups that already been told by the teacher. Moreover, the teacher dosen’t have creative personality traits, such as being responsible for wisely use the allocation of time in question and answer session. Either in planning and implementation of the teaching of history in the aspect of attitude, the teacher dosen’t have creative personality traits, such as doesn’t have image in front of the students of XII IPS 2 grade, based on mobile phone usage rules that already gave by the teacher in class and in front of students of XII IPS 3 grade based on eating rule that already gave by the teacher too. But in the assessment of teaching history in the aspect of knowledge, the teacher full of initiative in providing different essay test in each class, whether MIPA or IPS on implementation of the teaching of history.
