Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberi gambaran tentang Program Pelatihan “Innovation Champion Improvement” di PT. United Tractors Tbk dari sudut pandang peserta program pelatihan. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pendapat peserta pelatihan mengenai komponen yang ada dalam program pelatihan yang terdiri dari tujuan program pelatihan, instruktur pelatihan, peserta pelatihan, materi pelatihan, metode pelatihan, media pelatihan, dan evaluasi program pelatihan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada peserta pelatihan “Innovation Champion Improvement” yang berjumlah 41 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program pelatihan “Innovation Champion Improvement” dapat dikatakan terlaksana dengan baik. Komponen tujuan program pelatihan, instruktur pelatihan, peserta pelatihan, materi pelatihan, media pelatihan, dan evaluasi program pelatihan terlaksana dengan baik, sedangkan untuk metode pelatihan pelaksanaannya masih kurang baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar penyelenggara dapat memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas program pelatihan “Innovation Champion Improvement” di PT. United Tractors Tbk. The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the "Innovation Champion Improvement" Training Program in PT. United Tractors,Tbk from the standpoint of training program participants. Special purpose of this reseacrh was to obtain the opinions of participants about the components in a training program consisting of program objectives of training, the instructor training program, training program participants, materials in the training program, the media used in the training program, the methods used in the training program, and evaluation of training programs. This research was a descriptive reseach using survey methods. This research was conducted on participants of the "Innovation Champion Improvement" Training Program totaling 41 people. Data collection techniques such as questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the training program of "Innovation Champion Improvement" can be said to be performing well. Components of the training program objectives, training instructors, trainees, training materials, media training, and evaluation of training programs performing well, while for the implementation of training method is still not good. The implication of this research is that the organizers can improve and enhance the quality of training programs of "Innovation Champion Improvement" in PT. United Tractors Tbk.
