Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan suatu modul cetak yang dapat dipelajari secara mandiri serta dapat digunakan oleh guru anak usia dini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mendongeng terutama pada teknik mendongeng. Harapan dari modul ini adalah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mendongeng guru serta dapat diaplikasikan dalam kegiatan mendongeng di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan dari Rowntree yang melalui tiga tahapan yaitu (1) Tahapan Perencanaan (2) Tahapan Penulisan (3) Tahapan Penulisan dan Penyuntingan. Produk dievaluasi dengan menggunakan evaluasi formatif dan sumatif. Evaluasi formatif yaitu melalui ujicoba ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil yang diperoleh dari ujicoba ahli materi adalah 3,3 sedangkan untuk hasil ujicoba ahli media adalah 3,07. Evaluasi juga dilakukan kepada calon pengguna modul melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu ujicoba one to one yang memperoleh hasil 3,13. Kemudian tahap ujicoba field test yang memperoleh hasil 79,18%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Modul Ayo Mendongeng dapat dikatakan baik. Produk telah melalui tahap revisi dan penyesuaian beberapa kali selama proses pengembangan. Modul Ayo Mendongeng dapat digunakan oleh guru anak usia dini. The aim of this research is to produce a product name module that can be studied independently and can be used by early childhood teachers to improve storytelling competence especially for storytelling technique. The expectation from this module is to improve the storytelling competence of teachers and can be applied in the activities of storytelling in the classroom. This research uses development model from Rowntree through three stages: (1) Planning Stage (2) Stages of Writing (3) Stages of Writing and Editing. Products are evaluated using formative and summative evaluations. Formative evaluation is through the trial of material experts and media experts. The results obtained from a 3.3 second material expert test for media expert test results were 3.07. Evaluation is also conducted for prospective users of the module through several stages of one-to-one test results 3.13. Then a field test test that results 79.18%. Based on the results of evaluation and experiments that have been done, it can be concluded module “Have Fun with Storytelling” can be said good. The product has gone through the revision stage and several times during the development process. The Let's Storytelling Module can be used by early childhood teachers.
