Abstract

Penelitian karya inovatif ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar warga belajar paket C kelas XII di PKBM Negeri 17 Jakarta Utara dengan mengembangkan produk media pembelajaran berupa video. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan jenis pretest dan possttest. Produk yang dikembangkan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Dan pada penelitian ini melewati tiga jenis tahap uji validasi yaitu uji ahli media, uji ahli materi dan uji pengguna yang menggunakan 27 responden warga belajar paket C kelas XII. Hasil dari pretest menunjukkan hasil persentase 42,22% dengan kriteria cukup paham dan hasil posttest yang diperoleh hasil persentase 78,51% dengan kriteria penilaian paham terhadap materi pembelajaran yang disosialisasikan. Dari kedua evaluasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan motivasi belajar dan peningkatan pemahaman warga belajar terhadap materi yang disosialisasikan. This innovative research work was conducted to increase the learning motivation of students studying Package C class XII at PKBM Negeri 17 North Jakarta by developing learning media products in the form of videos. This study uses an experimental method with the type of pretest and posttest. The product developed using the ADDIE development model consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. And this study passed three types of validation test stages, namely the media expert test, the material expert test, and the user test using 27 respondents who studied package C class XII. The results of the pretest showed a percentage of 42.22% with the criteria for understanding enough and the posttest results obtained by the percentage of 78.51% with the criteria for assessing understanding of the learning material that was socialized. The two evaluations shows that there is an increase in learning motivation and an increase in the understanding of the learning community towards the material that is socialized.
