Abstract

M-type Barium Hexaferrite magnetic material has been synthesized by the substitution of Co and Ni into Fe, BaFe12-2xCoxNixO19 (x = 1). Barium Hexaferrite magnetic material on the substrate synthesized via ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method by variation number of layers 1,2 and 3. Then, sample were sinterred at 10000C for 1 hour. The crystal structure and magnetic properties were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. The results showed that the crystalline size and the coercivity (Hc) decrease with increasing number of layers. Moreover, the coercivity decrease by Co-Ni substitution and the material leads to a soft magnetic.
