Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan Modul Elektronik sebagai bahan belajar mandiri dalam membantu pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi Petugas Surveilans Epidemiologi. Penelitian ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai penilitian pengembangan karya inovatif, mengacu pada model Rapid Prototyping dari Tripp-Bichelmeyer, Penelitian ini telah melalui tahap berupa assess needs and analyze content (analisis penilaian kebutuhan dan analisis konten) set objectives (menetapkan tujuan pembelajaran), constructing a prototype/research (mengembangkan prototype/penelitian), utilizing the prototype/research (memanfaatkan prototype/penelitian) dan installing the final system (memasang sistem). Nama produk dari pengembangan ini adalah “Modul Elektronik Dasar-dasar Surveilans Epidemiologi”. Modul Elektronik ini digunakan untuk memfasilitasi belajar bagi Petugas Surveilans Epidemiologi dalam mengaplikasikan Surveilans Epidemiologi sesuai Tugas dan Fungsinya. Modul Elektronik tersebut dikemas dalam bentuk compact disk (CD). Evaluasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi formatif yaitu one to one, small group dan field test. Evaluasi tersebut melibatkan satu ahli materi, satu ahli media, satu ahli desain pembelajaran dan pengguna. Merujuk pada hasil evaluasi formatif, maka diketahui bahwa modul elektronik ini dikatakan sangat baik dengan rata-rata 3,40 dan pada tahap evaluasi sumatif terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa sebesar 54,69 Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Modul Elektronik Dasar-dasar Surveilans Epidemiologi” telah teruji efektifitasnya dan layak untuk terus digunakan sebagai bahan belajar mandiri bagi Petugas Surveilans Epidemiologi. The research aims to produce Electronic Module as self-learning materials in support of distance learning for Epidemiology Surveillance Officers. This research can be categorized as the research development of innovative work, referring of the model of Rapid Prototyping from Tripp-Bichelmeyer, this research has been through stages in the form of assessed needs and analyze content (analysis of needs assessment and analysis of content) set objectives (set of learning objectives), constructing a prototype / research (develop prototype / research), utilizing the prototype / research (utilizing prototype / research) and installing the final system (installing the system). The name of the product is the development of "Electronic Module Basics Epidemiology Surveillance". Electronic module are used to facilitate learning for Epidemiology Surveillance Officers in applying the Epidemiology Surveillance according Duties and Functions. Electronic module are packaged in a compact disk (CD). Evaluation in this study using a formative evaluation approach that is one to one, small group and field test. The evaluation involves one subject matter experts, one media expert, one instructional design experts and users. Referring to the results of the formative evaluation, it is known that the electronic module is said to be very good with an average of 3.40 and the summative evaluation stage there was an increase student learning outcomes at 54.69 based on these data, it can be concluded that the "Electronic Module Epidemiology Surveillance "has proven its effectiveness and deserves to continue to be used as a selflearning material for Epidemiology Surveillance Officer.
