Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data di SD Negeri Cideng 02 Pagi Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komite sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Juli 2017 sampai dengan Agustus 2017. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. .Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber dari penelitian ini yaitu: Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri Cideng 02 Pagi Jakarta, Guru Bidang Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam selaku Guru Bidang Hubungan Masyarakat, Guru Kelas VI A, Anggota Komite Sekolah, serta Perwakilan Orang Tua Murid. Komite sekolah aktif dalam berkoordinasi setiap kegiatan yang sekolah dalam bidang akademik dan ekstrakurikuler, komite sekolah memiliki program kegiatan yang telah direncanakan oleh warga sekolah. Tahapan program kegiatan komite sekolah di SD Negeri Cideng 02 Pagi Jakarta dimulai dari perencanaan, penyusunan dana dari sumbangan komite dan donatur sekolah seperti perwakilan orang tua peserta didik, dan pengawasan serta evaluasi program kegiatan sekolah. Dalam proses program kegiatan sekolah komite sekolah merasakan beberapa kendala yaitu jadwal yang tidak sesuai dan kurangnya perhatian orang tua terhadap pentingnya kegiatan-kegiatan sekolah yang dapat mengembangkan segala potensi peserta didik. Komite sekolah membuat rencana jadwal yang sesuai antara komite sekolah dengan warga sekolah yang bersangkutan dan memberikan sosialisasi atau rapat internal yang diadakan komite sekolah serta perwakilan orang tua untuk mendorong para orang tua mendukung segala kegiatan sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. This research aims to obtain data in Cideng 02 Elementary School Jakarta which aims to determine the role of school committees in improving the quality of education in this school. This research was conducted from July 2017 until August 2017. Its current status is to use qualitative descriptive method and approach. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The source of this research holds: Head Master of at Cideng 02 Elementary School Jakarta, teacher of Islamic studies as a field public relations, teacher class of VI A, School Committee members, as well as representatives of the parents. The school committee active in coordinate any activity that schools in the academic field and extracurricular, the school has activities that has been planned by the school. Phases of the program activities the school committee in Cideng 02 Elementary School Jakarta started from planning , the preparation of funds contributions committee and donor a school like of persons representative parents , and supervision and evaluation of the program school activities. In the process of activities schools the school committee feel a number of problems the schedule inappropriate and lack of parental supervision of the importance of activities schools can develop all potential students. School committee made plans a schedule that fits between the school committee with the citizens of the school concerned and provide socialization or internal meetings held School Committee as well as representatives of the parents to encourage the parents support all school events in enhancing the quality of education.
