Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran atau informasi mengenai pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ppkn di sekolah SMA Negeri 10 Bekasi di Jalan Flamboyan Raya, Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Permasalahan yang ada dalam dunia pendidikan formal bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi bangsa Indonesia ini adalah rendahnya mutu pendidikan formal pada setiap jenjang pendidikan. Hasil penelitian Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah bentuk penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 180 orang siswa dengan menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling yaitu proporsional/seimbang dan pengambilannya dilakukan secara random. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung, teknik komunikasi langsung, teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dan teknik dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman observasi, angket dan dokumen. Kesimpulannya hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresis sederhana yang terdiri dari satu variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Berdasarkan analisis data terdapat pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar, besarnya pengaruh tersebut sebesar 43, 3 %. This study aims to obtain a picture or information about the influence of teacher competence on student learning outcomes in ppkn subjects at SMA Negeri 10 Bekasi on Jalan Flamboyan Raya, Kota Bekasi. This research uses descriptive method. The problems that exist in the world of formal education increase from year to year. One of the main problems facing the Indonesian nation is the low quality of formal education at every level of education. Result of research The research method used is the form of quantitative research. With the total population and sample of 180 students using Proportional Random Sampling technique that is proportional / balanced and the taking is done randomly. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, direct communication techniques, indirect communication techniques and documentation techniques with data collection tools in the form of observation guidelines, questionnaires and documents. In conclusion the results of this study showed that the data analysis using simple regresis analysis consisting of one independent variable and one dependent variable. Based on data analysis, there is influence of teacher's competence to learning result, the effect is 43,3%.
