Abstract
Penelitian ex-post facto ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris mengenai pengaruh pola asuh otoriter terhadap hasil belajar anak usia 7-8 tahun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang tua yang memiliki pola pengasuhan bergaya otoriter. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ex-Post Facto. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan UjiT dua sampel Independen.Hasil pengujian hipotesis dihasilkan Thitung7.125 > Ttabel 2.045 menunjukan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berartiter dapat pengaruh pola asuh otoriter terhadap hasil belajar anak usia 7-8 tahun. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalah semakin tingginya pola asuh otoriter berdampak terhadap hasil belajar. Untuk membantu mengembangkan kemampuan ini, disarankan adanya komunikasi serta motivasi yang baik untuk membantu anak didalam belajar. This Ex-post Facto research was intended to find empirical data about effect of authoritarian parenting style on learning outcomes of 7-8 years old children. The sample of this research was 30 parents (mother or father) who have authoritarian parenting style. Research method was Ex-Post Facto. Data were collected through questioner and analyzed by sampling T-test. The result of hypothesis test Tcount 7,125>Ttable 2,045 showed H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, in which there was found that the authoritarian parenting style have influence on learning outcomes of 7-8 years old children. The implication of the research was the influence of authoritarian parenting style have effect on learning outcomes, so for parents it’s good to built good communication with their children, parents should be given motivation to their children so they feel safety and understood, after that next time they can make you proud of their achievement in school.
