Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja pustakawan SMA Negeri di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisa korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 79 orang pustakawan. Pengambilan sampel secara acak menggunakan simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 33,03 yang berarti lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,991, maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dinyatakan diterima secara positif. Dari koefisien determinasi, supervisi kepala sekolah memberikan kontribusi sebesar 93,41% terhadap kinerja pustakawan SMA Negeri di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa semakin sering supervisi dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, maka semakin meningkat kinerja pustakawan. The study aims to determine the relationship between principal supervision and performance Senior High School librarians in East Jakarta. The method used is survey method with the correlational studies and quantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 79 librarians. Sampling using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection using the questionnaires. From the results of the hypothesis testing, obtained tcount equal to 33,03, which means bigger than ttable 1,991. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted positively. Of the coefficient of determination, principal supervision contributed 93,41% to the performance Senior High School librarians in East Jakarta. Based on the results of the survey results revealed that more supervision by principal, more librarians performance increases.
