Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebermaknaan hidup yang dimiliki oleh para relawan guru lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Wawancara semiterstruktur dengan tiga orang subjek relawan guru lansia. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). Kesimpulan dari ketiga kasus adalah subjek melewati beberapa tahap untuk mencapai kebermaknaan hidup yaitu tahap derita, tahap penerimaan diri, tahap penemuan makna hidup, tahap realisasi makna dan tahap bahagia. Ketiga Subjek memiliki kesamaan dalam mencapai kebermaknaan hidup yaitu adanya tahap religius dalam proses penerimaan diri. The purpose of this study aims to find out about the meaningfulness of life possessed by elderly teachers volunteers. This study used a qualitative approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews to three subjects of elderly teacher volunteers. The analytical method used interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). The conclusion of three cases from this study is the subject of research through several stages to reach the meaningfulness of life, such as stage of suffering, self-acceptance stage, the stage of realization of the meaning, and the stage of life meaningfull. These three subjecs have similiarities in reaching the stage of meaningfulness of life, that is presence of the religius factor in self-acceptance stage
