Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai tanggapan siswa terhadap upaya peningkatan disiplin ibadah yang dilakukan sekolah di SMA Diponegoro 01 Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 10 dan 11, kepala sekolah, guru agama Islam Diponegoro Jakarta dengan 10 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasilnya menunjukkan: 1). Disiplin pemujaan yang dilakukan siswa SMA Diponegoro cukup bagus, baru saja diperbaiki lagi sehingga siswa lebih kuat berdirinya iman di sekolah. 2). Tanggapan siswa dalam meningkatkan disiplin ibadah sekolah meliputi: tanggapan positif dan negatif, yang dinilai dari tingkah laku siswa serta pendapat siswa dalam melakukan ibadah di sekolah. Pendapat positif atau negatif siswa disertakan dengan alasan yang tepat oleh kepribadian siswa. 3). Faktor pendukung para siswa mengikuti disiplin ibadah sementara di sekolah dapat dibedakan melalui motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik yaitu motivasi intrinsik yang berasal dari keinginan siswa untuk mempelajari pengetahuan dan ibadah agama secara mendalam dan sudah memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya. Melaksanakan ibadah dimanapun, sehingga siswa menikmati dan melupakan proses peningkatan disiplin ibadah di sekolah dengan baik dan sepenuh hati. Selain itu, ada faktor pendukung untuk mendorong disiplin untuk menjaga kedisiplinan dari luar motivasi ekstrinsik yang diperoleh dari dorongan masyarakat sekitar, seperti dukungan dari orang tua untuk membiasakan ibadah siswa di rumah dan juga dukungan dari guru sekolah untuk tetap awasi dan Membimbing siswa dalam disiplin ibadah. This study aims to find out various student responses to efforts to improve the discipline of worship that schools do in Diponegoro 01 Jakarta high school. The population in this study were 10th and 11th grade high school students, headmaster, Islamic teacher of Diponegoro Jakarta with 10 respondents. Data collection was done by using observation, interview, and documentation method. Data analysis is done by using qualitative descriptive analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed: 1). Discipline of worship that Diponegoro high school students do is good enough, it's just improved again so that students stronger foundation of faith in school. 2). The students 'responses in improving the discipline of school worship include: positive and negative responses, which are assessed from the students' behavior as well as the opinions of the students in performing the worship activities during school. Positive or negative opinions of students are included with appropriate reasons by the student's personality. 3). The supporting factors of the students to follow the discipline of worship while in school can be distinguished through intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation that is intrinsic motivation derived from the students' own desire to study religious knowledge and worship in depth and already have awareness in the importance of carrying out worship wherever, so that students enjoy and Undergo the process of improving discipline of worship in school well and wholeheartedly. In addition, there are supporting factors to encourage the discipline to keep discipline from outside the extrinsic motivation obtained from the encouragement of the people around, such as support from parents to familiarize the students worship at home and also support from school teachers to keep supervising and guiding students In the discipline of worship.
