Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi relawan terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan perencanaan keuangan oleh Yayasan Pengelolaan dan Pengembangan Keuangan Masyarakat Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah angket, dan teknik pengambilan data sampel jenuh sebanyak 20 orang yaitu para relawan yang pernah mengikuti pelaksanaan pelatihan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari data angket adalah persepsi relawan sangat baik terutama pada aspek motivasi yang memiliki skor persentase mencapai 83.2%. Akumulasi keseluruhan presentase skor 60% pada rentang kriteria sangat baik. Artinya keseluruhan pelaksanaan pelatihan mendapatkan persepsi atau tanggapan sangat baik. Saran saya atas penelitian ini adalah relawan harus bisa mempertahankan motivasi yang dimiliki agar tujuan yang diinginkan dapat tercapai. This research aim to looks at the perception of volunteer towards the implementation of financial planning training in Yayasan Pengelolaan dan pengembangan keuangan Masyarakat Indonesia. The method used is the question from, and engineering data retrieval sample saturated as many as 20 people volunteers who never followef the implementation of the training. The research results obtained from the data question from is the perception of volunteers is very good especially on the aspect of motivation that have score percentage reached 83.2%. the accumulated overall percentage score 60% on a range of criteria very well. This means that the overall implementation of the training get a perception ir a response very well. My suggestion above of this research are the volunteers should be able to maintain motivation owned so that the desired goals can hieved.
