Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat gambaran tentang evaluasi kinerja guru pada pelatihan Educational Sustainable Development. Gambaran yang dimaksud ialah tahapan menilai dari segi kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, pengetahuan kerja, kreativitas dan kerja sama oleh Gorda. Evaluasi merupakan mengumpulkan informasi untuk menilai objek evaluasi sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Program pelatihan Educational Sustainable Development sendiri ialah pelatihan yang diberikan untuk seluruh guru untuk membekali guru agar dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan angket, observasi dan studi dokumen. Angket diisi oleh guru SMA, Observasi dan studi dokumen dilakukan di sekolah Citra Alam Ciganjur. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja guru pasca program pelatihan di sekolah Citra Alam rata-rata baik pada komponen kualitas kerja dan pengetahuan kerja, pada kreativitas rata-rata kurang bagus dan pada kuantitas kerja dan kerja sama cukup baik. This study aims to get a picture of the Evaluation of teacher performance in Educational Sustainable Development training.. The picture in question is the stages of judging in terms of quantity of work, work quality, work knowledge, creativity and cooperation by Gorda. Evaluation is collecting information to assess the object of evaluation as a material consideration in decision making. ESD training program itself is a training provided for all teachers to equip teachers in order to carry out their tasks well.The research method used is survey method with questionnaire, interview, observation and document. Questionnaire filled by high school teacher. Interviews were conducted to school psychologists. Observations and documents were conducted at the Citra Alam Ciganjur school. The result of the research shows that the training program in Citra Alam School is good on the quantity component of work, work quality and work knowledge, on average creativity is not good and cooperation is good enough.
