Abstract

Krisis lingkungan saat ini adalah efek dari perilaku manusia dalam menggelola atau memanfaatkan lingkungan tanpa menghiraukan norma dan peraturan yang berlaku di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan adanya perubahan perilaku manusia dengan penanaman moral lingkungan agar manusia lebih menghargai lingkungan. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu cara merubah perilaku agar lebih bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan, guru sebagai pemimpin di dalam kelas diharapkan dapat merubah perilaku moral lingkungan siswa menjadi positif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh teacher leadership terhadap environmental moral behavior/emb siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 5 Jakarta pada bulan Maret 2017. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui studi ex-post facto. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 54 siswa yang dipilih dengan cara simple random sampling. Hasil pengujian normalitas data dengan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov diperoleh data kedua variabel berdistribusi normal. Hasil pengujian homogenitas dengan uji Fisher diperoleh data dari kedua variabel homogen. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh t-hitung lebih kecil dari t-tabel yang berarti tidak signifikan atau tidak terdapat pengaruh teacher leadership terhadap environmental moral behavior/emb siswa. The current environmental crisis is an effect that occurs as a result of human behavior in managing or utilizing the environment regardless of the norms and regulations prevailing in society. Therefore, it needs a change in human behavior that is with the environment moral planting so that humans are more appreciative of the environment. Education is one way to change the behavior to be more responsible to the environment, the teacher as a leader in the class that the authority is expected to change the student's environment moral behavior to be positive. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of teacher leadership on environmental moral behavior/emb students. This research was conducted at SMAN 5 Jakarta in March 2017. The research type used is quantitative research with survey method through ex-post facto study. The subjects of this study were students of class X MIA with the number of samples of 54 students selected by simple random sampling. The results of the test of data normality with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test obtained that the data of both variables had normal distribution. Homogeneity test results with Fisher test obtained data from the both variables were homogeneous. Hypothesis test using t-test obtained t-count is smaller than t-table which means insignificant or there is no influence of teacher leadership on environmental moral behavior/emb students.
