Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan buku panduan orientasi kerja untuk memfasilitasi belajar karyawan baru di PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor pada masa orientasi kerja. Penggunaan buku panduan orientasi kerja diharapkan mampu mempermudah pemahaman karyawan baru mengenai materi tentang profil perusahaan, kebijakan lingkungan perusahaan, hak dan kewajiban karyawan, waktu kerja karyawan, peraturan dan tata tertib karyawan. Buku panduan orientasi kerja dapat dijadikan bahan bacaan yang menarik, singkat, padat, dan jelas saat orientasi kerja berlangsung. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang memiliki tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap uji coba ahli mendapatkan nilai sebesar 3,36 yang artinya sangat baik. Tahap uji coba responden one to one dengan melakukan wawancara mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan buku panduan orientasi kerja sudah baik. Tahap uji coba responden field test nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 3,22 dan dapat disimpulan bahwa pengembangan sudah baik. Adapula ujicoba terhadap tes yang dibuat yang menilai kesesuaian dengan materi dan tingkat kemudahan pemahaman materi. Hasil yang diperoleh saat pre test menunjukkan nilai 56 responden menjawab benar dan saat post test hasil yang diperoleh mendapatkan nilai 90. Hasil keseluruhan dari semua tahapan uji coba adalah pengembangan buku panduan orientasi kerja sudah baik dan telah melakukan prosedur pengembangan dengan tepat. Buku panduan orientasi kerja ini dapat dilakukan untuk memfasilitasi belajar karyawan baru saat orientasi kerja. The purpose of this developmental research is to produce work orientation guide books to facilitating learning new employees in PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor during work orientation. The use of work orientation guide books is expected to facilitate the understanding of the new employees regarding the company profile material, company's environmental policy, rights and obligations of employees, working time of employees, and rules and regulations of employees. The work orientation guide books may be used as an interesting, brief, concise and clear reading material when the working orientation is in progress. This developmental research uses ADDIE model which has the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the trial phase, the expert obtained an average value of 3.36 which means very good. In one to one respondent trial phase by doing an interview gets the conclusion that the development of working orientation guidebook is already good. In field test respondent trial phase, the obtained average value is 3.22 and can be concluded that the development is already good. There is also trials on the test made by assessing the suitability of the material and the level of ease of material understanding. The results obtained during pre test showed 56 point of respondents answered correctly and during post test the results obtained is 90 point. The overall results from all of the trials are the development of work orientation guide books is already good and have been doing the proper developmental procedures. This work orientation guide books can be performed to facilitate new employees during work orientation.
