Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif Inside Outside Circle (IOC) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada materi reaksi reduksi oksidasi di SMAN 42 Jakarta pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment dengan desain Posttest Only Control Grup Design. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh dua kelas yaitu kelas X MIA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MIA 5 sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen diberi perlakukan berupa model pembelajaran kooperatif Inside Outside Circle (IOC) dan kelas kontrol model pembelajaran kooperatif Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol, dimana rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 71, sementara rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas kelas kontrol adalah 60,89.Berdasarkan perhitungan uji statistik menggunakan uji-t yang diperoleh thitung sebesai 2,35 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,67 dengan dk=70. Nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, sehingga H0 ditolak, H1 diterima pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif Inside Outside Circle memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar kimia pada materi reaksi reduksi oksidasi. This research aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning model Inside Outside Circle (IOC) type to learning outcomes oxidationreduction reaction subject matter of class tenth grade student in SMAN 42 Jakarta 2016/2017 school year. This research method was quasi experimental design with posttest control group design. Samples of this research were choosen based on purpossive sampling, so obtained two classes of class X MIA 4 as experiment class and class X MIA 5 as control class. The experimental class was treated as a cooperative learning model of Inside Outside Circle (IOC) type and the control class of Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative learning model. The results showed that the students learning outcomes in the experimental class were higher than the students' controlled chemistry learning outcomes, where the average of the experimental students 'learning result was 71, while the average of the control class students' learning result was 60.89. Based on the calculation of statistical test using t-test obtained titung 2.35 and 2.1 tcable value with dk = 70. The value of tcount is bigger than ttable, so H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted at 5% significance level.. Based on these results it can be concluded that cooperative learning model Inside Outside Circle type affect the to the chemistry learning result on the oxidation reduction reaction subject matter.
