Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn, untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang hasil belajar PKn melalui metode The Learning Cell di kelas V SDN Semanan 02 Petang Kalideres. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V sebanyak 36 siswa pada semester kedua tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Dilaksanakan menggunakan model siklus dari Kemmis dan Mc. Tagart. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, refleksi/evaluasi sebagai dasar perencanaan ulang pada siklus berikutnya. Pada siklus 1, hasil belajar siswa menunjukan presentase 72,22% sehingga belum dinyatakan tuntas belajar karena ketuntasan belajarnya masih dibawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yaitu 80%. Pada siklus II presentase hasil belajar siswa mencapai 91,66%. Instrumen pemantau tindakan guru pada siklus I yaitu 75% meningkat pada siklus II yaitu 95%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode The Learning Cell dapat dijadikan salah satu metode pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Dengan metode The Learning Cell siswa dapat terlibat aktif di dalam pembelajaran. Classroom Action Research that’s aim to increasing result study of civic education, the purpose of the study was obtain empirical data about that result study of the civic education through method of The Learning Cell in class V SDN Semanan 02 Petang Kalideres. Subject were students in the fifth grade of 36 students in the second semester of academic year 2016/2017. The experiment was conducted using a model of Kemmis and Mc. Tagart Action research conducted through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection/evaluation as the basis for planning the next cycle. In the first cycle, the cognitive aspects of result study show the precentage off the class grade average of 72,22% of 36 students that have not been thoroughly studied for completeness declared still bellow the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) is equal to achievement at 80%, amounting to 91,66%. The result show the percentage of the value of teacher observation of actions in the first cycle and 75% increase in cycle II to 95%. The result show the percentage of the value students observation of action in the first cycle reaches 75% an increase in cycle II to 91%. The implication of this study is can be used as a methof of The Learning Cell in increasing result study of Pkn Elementary School fifth grade students. With the method of The Learning Cell can be actively.
