Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan penilaian autentik dalam pembelajaran sejarah kurikulum 2013 di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta selama tiga bulan dari bulan Oktober-Desember 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan, bahwa penerapan penilaian dalam pembelajaran sejarah di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta, sudah diterapkan oleh guru dengan baik, namun belum seratus persen diterapkan sepenuhnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan penilaian yang dilakukan guru yaitu mengkaji materi, kompetensi dasar, silabus dan buku sejarah Indonesia pegangan guru, serta melampirkan instrumen penilaian dalam RPP. Guru juga sudah berusaha melaksanakan pelaksanaan penilaian autentik dalam kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Namun dalam pelaksanannya guru belum melakukan sepenuhnya langkah-langkah dalam melakukan penilaian autentik, seperti belum optimalnya penggunaan instrumen penilaian baik dalam kompetensi keterampilan sikap maupun pengetahuan, guru hanya melaksanakan penilaian tanpa membuat rubrik penilaian yang sesuai dengan pedoman penilaian pada kurikulum 2013. Selain itu juga tidak optimalnya guru dalam pembuatan kisi-kisi beserta pedoman penskoran soal ulangan. Meskipun sekolah sudah menerapkan kurikulum 2013 sejak tahun ajaran 2013/2014 serta semua guru di sekolah tersebut sudah mengikuti pelatihan kurikulum 2013, namun guru masih belum menerapkan secara optimal pelaksanaan penilaian autentik dalam kompetensi sikap, pengatahuan serta keterampilan.Penilaian yang dilakukan Pak Ferdi belum optimal dikarenakan banyaknya jam pelajaran yang beliau dapat. Beliau menjadi guru 2 mata pelajaran yaitu sejarah Indonesia dan Pendidikan Kewarnegaraan. Selain itu, beliau juga disibukkan dengan jabatannya menjadi pembina ekstrakulikuler dan sebagai pembantu Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kesiswaan. Sedangkan penilaian yang dilakukan Bu Tina belum optimal karena, beliau bukan berlatar belakang pendidikan sejarah, melainkan sarjana pendidikan Bahasa Inggris. This study aim to describe the application of authentic assessment in the teaching history curriculum in 2013 at SMKN 26 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMKN 26 Jakarta for three months from October to December 2016. The research method used is qualitative method with case study approach. Data collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The study concluded that the application of the assessment in history teaching in SMKN 26 Jakarta, has been applied by teachers with good, but not one hundred percent fully implemented. The results showed that the planning assessment that teachers are reviewing the material, basic competencies, syllabus and teachers handle Indonesian history books, as well as attach assessment instruments in the RPP. Teachers have also been trying to carry out the implementation of authentic assessment within the competence of the attitude, knowledge and skills. But in implementation has not been doing its utmost teacher steps in conducting authentic assessment, such as non-optimal use of assessment instruments both in attitude and knowledge competency skills, teachers are conducting assessments without making an assessment rubric in accordance with the guidelines on curriculum assessment 2013. There was also no teachers in making optimal lattice test questions along with guideline scoring. Although the school has adopted the 2013 curriculum since the school year 2013/2014 as well as all the teachers in these schools have training curriculum in 2013, but teachers still have not implemented the optimal implementation of authentic assessment within the competence of attitude, knowledge and skills. Assessment did by Mr. Ferdi is not optimal due to the many hours of lessons that he can. He became a teacher two subjects, history education and civic education. In addition, he is also busy with his position asextracurricular builder, and as an aide to Vice Principal of Student field. While assessment did by Mrs. Tina is not optimal because, She is not educational background from history education, but undergraduate from English education.
