Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media flash berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada materi sistem periodik unsur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru dan siswa serta mengetahui kualitas perangkat pembelajaran media flash berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada materi sistem periodik unsur. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development) Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi oleh Sugiono dan disesuaikan dengan penelitian ini. Secara garis besar digambarkan dalam lima langkah, yaitu : 1) analisis kebutuhan; 2) pengembangan produk awal; 3) validasi ahli; 4) uji coba lapangan; 5) revisi produk. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2016 sampai dengan Mei 2017 di SMA Negeri 77 Jakarta dan SMA Negeri 3 Tangerang. Media flash „i-poe‟ (Interactive Periodic Table of The Elements) terdiri dari enam tampilan yaitu halaman utama, halaman tujuan pembelajaran, halaman materi, halaman percobaan, halaman permainan dan halaman kuis. Hasil Persentase kelayakan berdasarkan uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi dan bahasa sebesar 85%, hasil uji ahli media sebesar 88%, hasil uji coba media oleh siswa skala kecil 92%, hasil uji coba media oleh siswa skala besar sebesar 93%, uji coba oleh guru sebesar 90%. Hasil penilaian dari para ahli dan uji coba lapangan memiliki kriteria sangat baik dan sudah sesuai dengan keinginan serta kebutuhan guru dan siswa. This research purpose to produce flash media based on scientific approach on the Periodic Table of The Elements material according to teachers and students needs and to know about the quality of learning device of flash media that based on scientific approach on the Periodic Table of the Elements. This study was conducted using Research and Development Method (Borg & Gall) which has been modified by Sugiono and adjusted to this research. Broadly , it was described in five steps. The steps are : 1) needs analysis; 2) the initial product development; 3) validation of expert; 4) field trials; 5) product revision. This research was conducted in October 2016 until May 2017 at 77 Jakarta State Senior High School and 3 Tangerang State Senior High School. The 'i-poe' (Interactive Periodic Table of the Elements) flash media consists of six main mainly page views, learning purpose pages, material pages, experiment pages, game pages and quiz pages. The Result of Feasibility percentage based on feasibility trials by material and language expert is 85%, test result of media expert is 88%, test result of media expert by small scale student is 92%, test result of media by big scale student is 93%, result of teacher test is 90%. The assessment results of the experts and field trials have the best criteria and it is according with the wishes and needs of teachers and students.
