Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara job insecurity terhadap kinerja pada costumer service representative PT. X. Penelitian sebelumnya menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara job insecurity terhadap kinerja. Kinerja costumer service representative PT.X dinilai memiliki kinerja yang rendah sehingga menarik minat peneliti untuk melihat apakah hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh job insecurity. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala job insecurity scale yang dimodifikasi oleh de Witte berdasarkan konstruk milik Greenhalgh dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,8 dengan jumlah item final sebanyak empat item dan skala kinerja yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi Bernadin dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,9. Jumlah subjek sebanyak 80 (N = 80) dengan menggunakan teknik insidental sampling dalam pengambilan sampel. Dalam proses pengolahan data digunakan true skor yang berasal dari pemodelan Rasch. Dalam proses pengolahan data menggunakan model analisis regresi menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Hasilnya terdapat pengaruh signifikan negatif antara job insecurity terhadap kinerja costumer service representative PT.X. Besar nilai Fhit > Ftabel (24,543 > 3,96) dan besar nilai R square sebesar 0,239 This study aims to determine thee effect of job insecurity on performance toward costumer service representative company X. Recent research found there was effect between job insecurity performance. Performance of costumer service representative PT.X reported have lowest perfromance researcher interested to found if there is an effect job insecurity to performance This research method using quantitative methods that using job insecurity scale modified by De Witte based on Greenhalgh construct with realibility value of items 0,8 with four final number of items and performance scale made based on Bernadin performance dimension with reliability value of items 0,9 with 30 final number of items. The number of subjects was 80 (N=80) using incidental sampling technique. In the process of the data used comes from the true score of Rasch modelling. In the data processing used regression analyze mode using SPSS 22.0. The result there is a significant negative effect between job insecurity on performance toward customer srevice representative. The value of Fhit > Ftable (24,543 > 3,96) and R square value equal with 0,239
