Abstract
Hasil belajar digunakan sebagai ukuran untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh kemampuan siswa dalam menguasai materi yang sudah dipelajari. Hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh siswa pada dasarnya merupakan hasil interaksi antara berbagai faktor. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa diantaranya self-efficacy dan motivasi. Namun, seringkali siswa kurang menyadari self-efficacy dan motivasi yang dimilikinya. Untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik, diperlukan adanya self-efficacy dan motivasi yang baik sehingga dapat mendukung hasil belajar siswa. Pengaruh self-efficacy dan motivasi memiliki peranan penting dalam menentukan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 53 Jakarta pada Februari-April 2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif-kausal menggunakan analisis jalur. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 siswa. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh nilai koefisien jalur X1 terhadap X2 sebesar 0,479 , X2 terhadap X3 sebesar 0,424 , serta koefisien jalur X1 terhadap X3 melalui X2 sebesar 0,2031. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung variabel self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar biologi melalui variabel motivasi pada siswa SMAN 53 Jakarta dan pengaruh tidak langsung variabel self-efficacy memberikan kontribusi sebesar 0,2031 terhadap hasil belajar biologi melalui variabel motivasi pada siswa SMAN 53 Jakarta. Learning outcomes is used as a measure to determine how far the student’s ability to master the material they have learned. Learning outcomes achieved by students is essentially the result of interaction between various factors. Factors that can affect student learning outcomes including self-efficacy and motivation. However, students are often less aware of self-efficacy and motivation has. To obtain good learning outcomes, the needed self-efficacy and a good motivation so as to support student learning outcomes. The influence of self-efficacy and motivation has an important role in determining the outcome of student learning. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and motivation toward biology student learning outcomes at SMAN 53 Jakarta. Research conducted at SMAN 53 Jakarta in February-April 2016. The method used is survey research methods with quantitative-causal approach using path analysis. The sample used as many as 100 students. Based on hypothesis testing, the value of the path coefficient of X1 to X2 is 0,479 , X2 to X3 is 0,424 , and value of the path coefficient of X1 to X3 through X2 is 0,2031. Based on these results, it was concluded that there is an indirect effect of self-efficacy for learning outcomes biology through the motivation in students of SMAN 53 Jakarta and the indirect influence of self-efficacy accounted for 0,2031 of the biology learning outcomes through the motivation in students SMAN 53 Jakarta.
