Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPS di SMP Negeri 74 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 74 Jakarta dengan sampel kelas VIII. Sampel penelitian diambil secara purposive random sampling yang dilakukan secara acak dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode quasi eksperimental yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perlakuan (treatment) yang dilakukan berupa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan tes awal (pre-test), dan tes akhir (post-test). Setelah data terkumpul, maka langkah selanjutnya uji prasyarat analisis dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis akhir yang telah dilakukan dengan uji normalitas menggunakan Uji Liliefors dan uji homogentitas mengunakan Uji Fisher menunjukan bahwa kedua sampel berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,589 > 1,995) pada materi kegiatan ekonomi dan pemanfaatan potensi sumber daya alam dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 yang artinya hipotesis H1 diterima. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar IPS. This study is aimed to determine whether the type of cooperative learning model make a match affects the outcome of social studies in SMP Negeri 74 Jakarta. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 74 Jakarta with samples of class VIII. Samples were taken by purposive random sampling is done randomly with a certain considerations. This research used quasi experimental method was to determine the effect of treatment was done by the use of cooperative learning model make a match on learning outcomes of IPS. Data collection techniques by testing early (pre-test), and a final test (post-test). After the data is collected, the next step is continued analysis prerequisite test to the hypothesis test. Based on the results of the final analysis that has been done by the normality test using the Liliefors Test and homogeneities test using Fisher test showed that the two samples come from populations with normal distribution and homogeneous. The results showed that tcount greater than ttable (2.589> 1.995) in the matter of economic activity and utilization of natural resources with a significant level of 0.05, which means that the hypothesis H1 is accepted. These results indicate that there is the influence of cooperative learning model make a match on learning outcomes of IPS.
