Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Meningkatkan Disiplin Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Matematika melalui Pendekatan Saintifik di kelas IV SDS Laboratorium PGSD FIP UNJ Jakarta Selatan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV pada semester II tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 22 orang. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan (Action Research) dengan menggunakan model spiral/siklus dari Stephen Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dengan dua tahap siklus yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan/tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengambilan data melalui pengamatan/observasi dan melakukan penyebaran angket, serta pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dokumentasi/foto yang diambil pada saat proses belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data yang diperoleh dari pendekatan saintifik untuk meningkatkan disiplin siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika pada siklus I adalah 63%, dan siklus II 83%. Adapun skor rata-rata pada siklus I adalah 56% dan siklus II 116%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas IV SDS Laboratorium PGSD FIP UNJ Jakarta Selatan dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendekatan saintifik. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan Saintifik dapat meningkatkan disiplin siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika di SDS Laboratorium PGSD FIP UNJ Jakarta Selatan. The purpose of this study was to Improve Student Discipline in Learning Mathematics through a Scientific Approach in the fourth grade SDS PGSD Laboratory FIP UNJ South Jakarta. The subjects of this study is the fourth grade students in the second semester of academic year 2015/2016, amounting to 22 people. This research method is the action research (Action Research) by using the spiral model / cycle of Stephen Kemmis and Mc. Taggart with a two-stage cycle of planning, implementation / action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques through observation / observation and do the questionnaire, as well as data collection by using documentation / photos taken during the learning process. The results show that the data obtained from the scientific approach to improve the discipline of students in the learning of mathematics in the first cycle is 63%, and the second cycle 83%. The mean score on the first cycle is 56% and the second cycle 116%. From the results of this study concluded that the discipline of students in the fourth grade math SDS PGSD Laboratory FIP UNJ South Jakarta can be improved through a scientific approach. Implications of these results is that the Scientific approach can improve the discipline of students in mathematics in SDS Laboratory PGSD FIP UNJ South Jakarta.
