Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program “Gugus Mitra” berbasis Model Kelompok Okupasi bagi guru di SMKN 52 Jakarta. Pengembangan program “Gugus Mitra” didasarkan pada kebutuhan dan pengalaman guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini dikembangkan menggunakan Model ADDIE yang dimulai dengan tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang dilaksanakan adalah evaluasi formatif dan penilaian produk. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 52, Cibubur, Ciracas, Jakarta Timur, dengan melibatkan 8 responden yang terdiri dari 2 orang responden evaluasi satu-satu, dan 6 orang responden evaluasi kelompok kecil. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Program “Gugus Mitra” dilengkapi dengan buku panduan untuk menjelaskan sistematika pelaksanaan program “Gugus Mitra” di SMKN 52 Jakarta. Implikasi dari penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan minat dalam berbagi pengetahuan antar sesama guru. Penilaian responden menunjukan bahwa program “Gugus Mitra” dapat diaplikasikan di SMKN 52 Jakarta dan membantu guru dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. This research is aimed to develop a program, named “Gugus Mitra” based on occupational communities model for teachers at SMKN 52 Jakarta. The development of “Gugus Mitra” program, is a form based on the needs and experiences of teachers in carrying out the duties and function on his job. This research was developed through ADDIE models which starts from analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating phase. The evaluating phase was consists of formative evaluation and product assesement. This research was conducted at SMKN 52, Cibubur, Ciracas, East Jakarta, involving 8 respondent (2 of them were respondents in one-to-one evaluation, and 6 of them were respondents in small group evaluations). The data were obtained by interview method and spreading questionnaire. The development of “Gugus Mitra” for teachers is equipped by manual book which explain about how to implement “Gugus Mitra” in SMKN 52 Jakarta. The implications of this development is the increased interest in sharing knowledge between teachers of SMKN 52 Jakarta. The result of product assesement revealed that “Gugus Mitra” for teacher can be implemented in SMKN 52 Jakarta and help teachers increasing their teaching performance.
