Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran PKK Gros sebagai penyelenggara pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk memberdayakan ekonomi keluarga pada ibu-ibu penggiat home industri di RPTRA Cililitan, Jakarta Timur. PKK Gros adalah tempat untuk menampung dan juga memasarkan hasil produksi-produksi home industri. Penelitian ini di lakukan di RPTRA Kelurahan Cililitan Kecamatan Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur, selama lima bulan terhitung dari bulan Februari sampai dengan Juni 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket tertutup, terdiri dari 35 butir pertanyaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang, sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang yakni ibuibu penggiat home industri PKK Gros. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu penentun sampel dengan pertimbangan dan tujuan tertentu. Teknik validitas instrumen menggunakan uji content (materi). Hasil perhitungan keseluruhan data pada angket menunjukkan bahwa peran PKK Gros sebagai penyelenggara pelatihan kewirausahaan telah melaksanakan perencanaannya sebesar 95%, pengorganisasian 95%, pelaksanaan 70%, pengendalian 95%. Pada peningkatan pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga partisipasi masyarakat untuk mampu bekerjasama dengan orang lain sebesar 95%, kesiapan peserta mengikuti pelatihan 55%. Kesimpulannya adalah peran PKK Gros sebagai penyelenggara pelatihan dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan ibu-ibu, kegiatan life skill yang diberikan dapat memberikan pengetahuan, menambah penghasilan, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup keluarga. Saran dari peneliti adalah pengelola harus bekerjasama untuk dapat memperkenalkan dan memberi informasi tentang adanya PKK Gros yang bisa bermanfaat dan memiliki peran untuk memberdayakan masyarkat. This research aims to describe the role of PKK Gros as an organizer entrepreneurial training the economic empowerment of families on the actuator mothers home industry in RPTRA Cililitan, East Jakarta. PKK Gros is a place to accommodate and markets the production home industry. This research was done in the RPTRA Village of the subdistrict Cililitan Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. This research was conducted over five months from February until June 2016. This study used a survey method with descriptive quantitative techniques. Data collection techniques with the use of the closed angket, is comprised of 35 questions. The population in this research to 50 people, the sampels in this research to 20 people is the actuator mothers home industry PKK Gros. Samples used is purposive sampling is determination sample with the consideration and objectives of certain. The technique of using the instrument validity test content (material). The results of the calculation of the overall data on the now show that the role of the PKK Gros as an organizer entrepreneurial training have been executing the planning is 95%, 95%, organizing the execution of 70%, 95% control. On improving the economic empowerment of the family community participation to be able to cooperate with others of 95%, the readiness of the participants attend training 55%. It can be concluded that the role of PKK Gros as an organizer enterepreuneurial training the economic empowerment of families can improve the skills of all the mothers, given life skill activities can provide knowledge, increase revenue, and improve the quality of life of the family. The advice of researchers is the maintainer must cooperate to be able to introduce and provide information about the existence of PKK Gros which could be useful and have a role to empower the community.
