Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar motivasi ibu-ibu majelis taklim dalam kegiatan pengajian rutin terhadap tingkat pengetahuan Agama Islam serta mengetahui faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi motivasi ibu-ibu majelis taklim mengikuti program pengajian rutin motivasi ibu-ibu majelis taklim untuk mengikuti program pengajian rutin di RPTRA Cipinang Besar Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, tes, pedoman observasi dan wawancara yang digunakan sebagai data pendukung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada ibu-ibu majelis taklim warga rusun Cipinang Besar Selatan, Jakarta Timur. Populasi dari program pengajian ini 20 orang dimana semua anggota dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi intrinsik lebih kuat untuk memberikan dorongan yang berasal dari diri sendiri Motivasi mengikuti pengajian rutin ini mempunyai makna dalam menambah pengetahuan peserta yang mengikuti pengajian dan sebagian besar ibu-ibu memiliki minat dan motivasi untuk menghadiri pengajian tersebut karena menurut mereka pengajian itu sangat penting dan dibutuhkan oleh ibu-ibu majelis taklim Kesimpulannya program pengajian rutin ini mampu mendorong keinginan masyarakat untuk ikut serta dalam mengikuti program dan berupaya untuk menjadi masyarakat yang lebih baik dan berguna bagi bangsa dan Negara. Adanya motivasi intrinsik memberikan dorongan yang berasal dari diri sendiri. ********* This study aims to find out how much motivation mothers majelis taklim in routine recitation activities on the level of knowledge of Islam and knowing the supporting factors that affect the motivation of mothers majelis taklim follow routine recitation program motivation mothers majelis taklim to follow routine recitation program in RPTRA Cipinang Besar Selatan. The method used in this research is survey method with descriptive technique and using quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted using questionnaires, tests, observation guidelines and interviews used as supporting data. This research was conducted on mothers of assemblies taklim residents of towers Cipinang Besar Selatan, East Jakarta. The population of this study program was 20 people where all the members were sampled in this study. The result of this research is that intrinsic motivation is stronger to give motivation that comes from self Motivation follow this routine recitation has meaning in increase knowledge of participant who follow pengajian and most of mothers have interest and motivation to attend the pengajian because according to them pengajian It is very important and needed by mothers majlis taklim In conclusion this routine recitation program is able to encourage people's desire to participate in the program and strive to become a better society and useful for the nation and the State. The existence of intrinsic motivation provides a boost emanating from oneself.
