Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi secara mendalam tentang referensi persona yaitu persona I, II, dan III serta unsurnya sebagai anafora atau katafora dalam novel Winter In Tokyo karya Ilana Tan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jakarta selama Januari-Juni 2017. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada referensi persona, yaitu referensi atau pronomina yang dipakai untuk mengacu kepada orang, yang meliputi pronomina persona pertama, pronomina persona kedua, dan pronomina persona ketiga, baik tunggal maupun jamak, baik netral, ekslusif, dan inklusif serta unsurnya yang terdiri dari anafora dan katafora dalam novel Winter In Tokyo. Sampel data penelitian yang dianalisis ditentukan dengan cara mereduksi data, setelah direduksi diperoleh 1/3 dari dua puluh tiga bab yaitu menjadi tujuh bab novel Winter In Tokyo yang dianalisis. Objek penelitian ini adalah kalimat dalam wacana novel Winter In Tokyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument penelitian sendiri dibantu dengan tabel analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam novel Winter In Tokyo terdiridari 94 paragraf, 1.698 kalimat, 1.691 pasangan kalimat, dan 1.180 bentuk referensi. Diperoleh total penggunaan referensi persona pertama sebanyak 323 bentuk atau 13,68%, referensi persona kedua sebanyak 207 bentuk atau 8,77% dan referensi persona ketiga sebanyak 650 bentuk atau 27,54% dengan unsur anafora sebanyak 999 unsur atau 42,33% dan unsur katafora sebanyak 181 unsur 7,66%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kemunculan referensi persona ketiga merupakan jenis referensi persona yang mendominasi karena dalam novel yang dianalisis mengandung banyak narasi untuk menceritakan orang lain, atau yang bercerita/penulis merupakan orang ketiga sehingga dibutuhkan kata ganti untuk orang yang diceritakan/dibicarakan. Unsur yang mendominasi dalam penelitian ini adalah unsur anafora karena di dalam kalimat anteseden/nama orang selalu disebut terdahulu, kemudian dikalimat berikutnya baru digunakan kata ganti untuk mengacu anteseden/nama orang yang disebutkan terdahulu. Berkaitan dengan pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia dalam Kurikulum 2013, keterampilan memproduksi teks novel adalah salah satu keterampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa SMA kelas XII dengan memperhatikan penggunaan kata ganti orang atau referensi persona. Implikasi tersebut dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tentang penggunaan unsur bahasa berupa referensi persona yang diterapkan dalam keterampilan memproduksi teks novel. Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk guru, pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia tidak hanya terkait dengan unsur sastra saja tetapi juga unsur bahasa, maka dari itu pembahasan tentang referensi persona akan menambah materi kebahasaan yang terkandung dalam novel dan merupakan bentuk pengembangan materi ajar bahasa. This research aims to obtain information in depth about the reference i.e. persona a persona I, II, and III as well as elemental as the anaphora or katafora in the novel Winter In Tokyo work Ilana Tan. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative content analysis techniques. The research was conducted in Jakarta during January to June 2017. This research is focused on references persona, i.e. reference or pronouns are used to refer to people, which includes the first persona, pronominal pronouns of the second persona, and a third persona, either single or multiple, neutral good, exclusive and inclusive as well as elemental consisting of anaphora and katafora in the novel Winter In Tokyo. Samples of research data that is analyzed is determined by means of the reduction of data, after reduced 1/3 of acquired twenty-three chapters, namely into seven chapters the novel Winter In Tokyo were analyzed. The object of this research is the sentence in the discourse of the novel Winter In Tokyo. This research uses the instrument's own research assisted with data analysis table. Research results show that in the novel Winter In Tokyo terdiridari 94 paragraph, 1.698 1.691 couple sentences, sentences, and 1,180 reference form. Retrieved a total of use of first person references as much as 323 form or 13.68%, the second persona as much as 207 reference form or 8.77% and a third persona as much as 650 reference form or 27.54% with anaphora as many as 999 element or katafora element 42.33% and as much as 7.66% item 181. Based on the results of the analysis, the emergence of the third persona is a kind of reference reference persona that dominate because in the novel that were analyzed contained many narratives to tell the others, or the storytelling/writers is required so that a third person pronoun for the person who is told/talk about. The element that dominates in this research are the anaphora for in the antecedent phrase/name people always referred to earlier, and then the next new to use pronouns to refer to the antecedent/name of the person mentioned earlier. With regard to learning the language and literature of Indonesia in 2013, producing skills Curriculum text novels is one of those skills that must be mastered by the high school students of class XII, having regard to the use of the pronoun reference person or persona. The implications can be used in improving student learning outcomes on the use of element references a persona language applied in skills produces text novels. This research suggested that teachers, learning the language of Indonesia is not only related to the elements of literature but also the elements of language, therefore discussion of references persona will add to the linguistic material contained in the novel and is a form of language learning material development.
