Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah membuat sistem otomatisasi pada dispenser yang digunakan masyarakat umum di Indonesia, sistem yang berbasis at mega 328 dan didukung oleh 3 tipe sensor yaitu sensor ping, sensor cahaya dengan IC LM325, sensor mekanik, dan motor servo. Dispenser akan mendeteksi adanya gelas yang diletakkan diatas sensor mekanik dan berada dalam range sensor cahaya yang akan mengukur ketinggian gelas sehingga AT Mega 328 akan dapat memproses berapa jarak yang menjadi patokan sensor ping untuk membaca ketinggian air, kemudian motor servo akan membuka valve sampai air pada gelas terisi penuh, gelas yang digunakan memiliki volume berapapun dengan tinggi gelas 19 -13 Cm, dispenser dilengkapi dengan air biasa pada tuas warna biru dan air panas pada tuas warna merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development yang meliputi perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan perancangan, pengujian, implementasi perangkat keras yang meliputi penempatan sensor dan aktuasi, serta implementasi perangkat lunak yang meliputi pemrograman dispenser otomatis berbasis arduino Pro mini AT Mega 328. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dispenser otomatis berbasis arduino Pro mini AT Mega 328 telah berfungsi sesuai perencanaan,yaitu dapat mengisi air pada gelas dengan hanya menaruh gelas pada bagian dispenser yang telah ditentukan. *The aim of the research is to make the automation system at the dispenser is used the general public in Indonesia, a system based at mega 328 and is supported by three types of sensors that ping sensor, light sensor with IC LM325, mechanical sensors, and servo motors. Dispenser will detect the presence of glass placed over the sensor mechanics and are within the range of the light sensor which will measure the height of the glass so that the AT Mega 328 will be able to process how much distance as a standard sensor ping to read the water level, then the servo motor will open the valve until the water in the glass fully charged, the glasses used have any volume with a glass of 19 -13 cm high, equipped with water dispenser on the lever blue and hot water on the red lever. This study uses research and development that includes planning, requirements analysis design, testing, implementation of hardware which includes the placement of sensors and actuation, as well as the implementation of software that includes automatic dispensers based programming arduino Mega Pro Mini AT 328. These results indicate that the automatic dispenser arduino based AT Mega Pro Mini 328 is functioning according to plan, that can fill a glass with water to just put the glass on the dispenser that has been determined.
