Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fitur-fitur bahasa perempuan pada tuturan tokoh perempuan dalam film Surga yang tak dirindukan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data rekam catat, yang kemudian dari teknik pengumpulan data tersebut menghasilkan transkrip yang berupa adegan dan dialog. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penggunaan fitur-fitur bahasa perempuan pada tuturan tokoh perempuan dalam film Surga yang tak dirindukan. Fitur-fitur tersebut antara lain: Lexical hedges or fillers, Tag question, Rising intonation on declaratives, Empty adjectives, Intensifiers, Precise color terms, Hypercorrect grammar, Superpolite forms, Avoidance of strong swear words, dan Emphatic stress. Hasil penelitian ini, didapatkan 91 tuturan yang teridentifikasi menggunakan fitur-fitur bahasa perempuan. Ke- 91 tuturan tersebut mencakup penggunaan 9 dari 10 fitur-fitur bahasa perempuan, hanya fitur Precise color terms yang tidak ditemukan di dalam film Surga yang tak dirindukan, dan didapatkan juga bahwa masing-masing fitur memiliki fungsi sesuai dengan konteks saat fitur tersebut digunakan. This study attempts to described features of woman‟s language used by female character‟s speech on Surga yang tak dirindukan the movie. As for research methodology, an author used descriptive qualitative with technique data collection record note. From those technique data collection, produce transcript of a scene and dialogues. This study focused on features of woman‟s language used by female character‟s speech on Surga yang tak dirindukan the movie. These features include: Lexical hedges or fillers, Tag question, Rising intonation on declaratives, Empty adjectives, Intensifiers, Precise color terms, Hypercorrect grammar, Superpolite forms, Avoidance of strong swear words, and Emphatic stress. The result of this study, 91 speechs were identified used features of woman‟s language. All of that speechs include used 9 of 10 of features of woman‟s language, only one features (Precise color terms) that are not available in Surga yang tak dirindukan the movie, and this study also obtained that each features have the function as appropriate to the context when the feature used.
