Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data-data yang jelas tentang konflik tokoh-tokoh dalam Novel“Mudzakaraat Thabibah” (Memoar Seorang Dokter Perempuan) Karya Nawal El Saadawi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis isi. Fokus penelitian ini mengenai Konflik Tokoh-tokoh yang mencakup Konflik tokoh terhadap diri sendiri, konflik tokoh terhadap orang lain atau kelompok dalam Novel “Mudzakaraat Thabibah” Karya Nawal El Saadawi. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri yang dibantu dengan tabel klasifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui terdapat 35 temuan (bukti) yang mencakup konflik tokoh terhadap diri sendiri, konflik tokoh terhadap orang lain dengan perincian sebagai berikut: Konflik tokoh terhadap diri sendiri terdapat 13 bukti (37,1%), konflik tokoh terhadap orang lain terdapat 22 (62,90%) bukti. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui terdapat 35 temuan (bukti) yang mencakup Sebab- sebab konflik tokoh diantaranya perbedaan individu, perbedaan latar belakang kebudayaan, perbedaan kepentingan antara individu atau kelompok dan perubahan- perubahan nilai sosial yang cepat dan mendadak dalam masyarakat dengan perincian sebagai berikut: Perbedaan individu terdapat 19 bukti (54,3%), perbedaan latar belakang kebudayaan terdapat 1 bukti (2,9%), perbedaan kepentingan antara individu atau kelompok terdapat 7 bukti (20%), dan perubahan-perubahan nilai sosial yang cepat dan mendadak dalam masyarakat terdapat 8 bukti (22,9%). Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui juga terdapat 35 temuan (bukti) yang mencakup tingkatan konflik diantaranya konflik, rumitan atau komplikasi, klimaks, krisis atau titik balik, leraian dan penyelesaian dengan perincian sebagai berikut: Konflik terdapat 22 bukti (62,9%), rumitan atau komplikasi terdapat 8 bukti (22,9%), klimaks terdapat 2 bukti (5,71%), krisis atau titik balik terdapat 2 bukti (5,71%) dan penyelesaian terdapat 1 bukti (2,9%). Di dalam Novel “Mudzakaraat Thabibah” dapat diketahui terdapat 13 temuan (bukti) yang mencakup Tokoh dengan perincian sebagai berikut: Tokoh dari segi wataknya dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu tokoh statis dan tokoh kompleks. Tokoh statis terdapat 12 bukti dan tokoh kompleks terdapat 1 bukti. Tokoh dari segi peranannya dibagi menjadi dua yaitu tokoh utama dan tokoh tambahan. Tokoh utama terdapat 1 bukti dan tokoh tambahan terdapat 12 bukti. Tokoh dari segi sifatnya dibagi menjadi empat yaitu tokoh protagonis, tokoh antagonis, tokoh andalan dan tokoh bawahan. Tokoh protagonis terdapat 1 bukti, tokoh antagonis terdapat 3 bukti, tokoh andalan terdapat 1 bukti dan tokoh bawahan terdapat 8 bukti. The purpose of this study is to obtain clear data about the conflict of characters in Novel "Mudzakaraat Thabibah" (Memoirs of a Doctor of Women) by Nawal El Saadawi. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with content analysis. The focus of this research is on the Conflict of Characters that include the Conflict of the figures against themselves, the conflict of figures against other people or groups in Novel "Mudzakaraat Thabibah" by Nawal El Saadawi. The instrument of this study is the researcher himself who assisted with the classification table. From the research results can be seen there are 35 findings (evidence) that includes the conflict of figures against self, conflict of figures against others with the details as follows: Conflict of character against self contained 13 evidence (37.1%), conflict figure against others there were 22 (62.90%) evidence. From the results of the research can be seen there are 35 findings (evidence) covering the causes of conflict leaders such as individual differences, differences in cultural background, differences in interests between individuals or groups and changes in social values quickly and suddenly in society with the following details: Individual differences existed 19 proofs (54.3%), differences in cultural backgrounds contained 1 evidence (2.9%), difference in interest between individuals or groups was 7 evidence (20%), and rapid and sudden social value changes In society there are 8 proofs (22.9%). From the research results can be seen also there are 35 findings (evidence) that includes the level of conflict such as conflict, rumor or complication, climax, crisis or turning point, divorce and completion with the following details: Conflict is 22 evidence (62,9%), rumor or complication there are 8 evidence (22,9%), climax there are 2 evidence (5,71%), crisis or turning point there are 2 evidence (5,71%) and settlement There is 1 proof (2.9%). In the Novel "Mudzakaraat Thabibah" it can be seen there are 13 findings (proofs) which includes the figure with the following details: Characters in terms of character is divided into two, namely static figures and complex figures. Static figures are 12 evidences and complex figures there is 1 proof. People in terms of role is divided into two main characters and additional characters. The main character there are 1 additional evidence and characters there are 12 evidences. Characters in terms of nature is divided into four namely the protagonist, antagonist, prominent figure and subordinate figure. Protagonist figure there is 1 proof, the antagonist there are 3 evidences, the mainstay there is 1 evidence and the subordinate character there are 8 evidence.
