Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai estetika pada motif tekstil penggabungan motif stilasi kumbang koksi dengan motif batik Sukapura, serta dengan penerapan trend warna refugium 2016/2017 dengan menggunakan teknik digital printing. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan di Jurusan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, bulan September 2016 – Januari 2017. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti membuat lima motif tekstil penggabungan motif stilasi kumbang koksi dengan motif batik Sukapura dengan penerapan bentuk geometris dan trend warna refugium 2016/2017. Penilaian motif tekstil dilihat pada teori estetika wujud dengan indikator unsur desain bentuk, warna, dan tekstur, penampilan dengan prinsip desain harmoni dan kesatuan, dan isi dengan indikator gagasan, suasana, dan pesan pada motif stilasi kumbang koksi dan motif digital batik Sukapura. Hasil penilaian panelis berupa deskripsi data yang menunjukkan bahwa tiga diantara lima motif tekstil penggabungan kedua motif telah sesuai dengan teori penilaian estetika yang dinilai yaitu teori penilaian estetika wujud, dengan indikator unsur desain bentuk, warna, dan tekstur, penampilan dengan prinsip desain harmoni dan kesatuan, dan isi dengan indikator gagasan, suasana, dan pesan. The purpose of research was aimed to knowed the aesthetic value of the textile motifs merger of ladybird’s stylized motifs with Sukapura batik motifs, as well as by the application of color trends refugium 2016/2017 used by digital printing techniques. The research was conducted in Family Welfare Department, Technical Faculty, State University of Jakarta, September 2016 – January 2017. The research was used qualitative descriptive methods. Researchers made five textile motifs merger of stylized motifs of ladybird with motifs based on Sukapura batik with the application of geometric shapes and color trend refugium 2016/2017. Rated motif textiles seen in aesthetic theory form with indicator elements of the design of the shape, color, and texture, appearance design principles of harmony and unity, and fill with indicators ideas, atmosphere, and a message on the motif stylized ladybird and digital motifs Sukapura batik. The Resulted of the assessment panelists in the form of a description of data which showed that three out of five motif textile merger of the two motives are in accordance with the theory of ratings aesthetic assessed the theory ratings aesthetic form, with indicator elements of the design of the shape, color, and texture, appearance design principles of harmony and unity, and fill with indicators ideas, atmosphere, and messages.
