Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis ungkapan pertentangan bahasa Prancis yang terdapat dalam artikel media online dan penggunaanya dalam berbagai konteks kalimat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode analisis isi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah enam buah artikel yang membahas topik tentang rencana undang-undang ketenagakerjaan di Perancis. Keenam artikel tersebut berasal dari situs media online: Journal du Net, Journal de Montréal, Temps Réel Nouvel Obs, Mobile France TV Info, L’Expresse, dan Le Monde yang terbit pada februari-juni 2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Miles dan Huberman dengan tiga tahapan, yaitu pereduksian data berupa kata penghubung pertentangan menurut teori Delatour dkk (2004) dan juga pereduksian jumlah artikel yang dijadikan sumber data. Penyajian data yakni kata penghubung yang telah direduksi, diklasifikasikan dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Selanjutnya kata penghubung tersebut dipaparkan secara kontekstual guna mengetahui penggunaannya dalam kalimat mengenai tiga makna pertentangan: l’opposition (makna oposisi), la concession (makna konsesi), dan la restriction (makna rekstriksi). Tahap terakhir yaitu penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari enam buah artikel yang diteliti, ditemukan sebanyak 50 data ungkapan pertentangan. Setelah dianalisis, terdapat ungkapan pertentangan yang berjenis konjungsi sebanyak 5 data, preposisi sebanyak 14 data, dan konstruksi lain sebanyak 31 data. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ungkapan pertentangan berjenis konstruksi lain berada di urutan pertama dari seluruh data yakni ‘mais’ yang berjumlah 15 data. Sedangkan, ungkapan pertentangan berjenis konjungsi berada di urutan terakhir yakni ungkapan alors que, tandis que, même si masing-masing berjumlah 1 data. Penggunaan ungkapan pertentangan bahasa Prancis dalam kalimat, dapat menyatakan makna oposisi saja, oposisi-konsesi, konsesi saja, konsesi-restriksi, oposisi-restriksi, oposisi-konsesi-restriksi, atau restriksi saja, tergantung konteks dalam suatu kalimat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diharapkan memberikan kontribusi kepada mahasiswa Prodi PBP UNJ terkait jenis-jenis ungkapan pertentangan bahasa Prancis yang dapat diaplikasikan pada pembelajaran mata kuliah keterampilan berbahasa, Rédaction, bahkan ujian DELF tingkat B2. This research has an aim to understand the french expression of opposition in online press and its utility in the context of sentences. This research is descriptive qualitative research using the study of documentation. The data sources in this research are six articles which talk about the plan of laws of employment in France. The six articles are from online press: Journal du Net, Journal de Montréal, Temps Réel Nouvel Obs, Mobile France TV Info, L’Expresse, and Le Monde that are published in February-June. The data analysis technique applied in this research is the theory of Miles and Huberman that consists of three steps: first, the reduction of conjunctive opposition according to the theory of Delatour and al. (2004) and the reduction of the number of articles which are used as the data source. The second is data display, in this step, the conjunction that has been reduced, is classified and displayed in the form of table. Hereafter, the conjunction is exposed contextually to determine its use in the sentence about three meanings of opposition: l’opposition (the opposition), la concession (the concession), and la restriction (the restriction). The last step is the conclusion. The result of this research shows that of six articles that has been observed, 50 data are detected and indicate the expression of opposition. After analysis, there are 5 data represent the conjunction of opposition, 14 data of preposition, and 31 data of other construction. The conclusion is the expression of opposition with construction type is in the highest order indicated by the expression “mais”as many as 15 data. Whereas, the expression of opposition with conjunction type is in the latest order signified by the expression “alors que”, “tandis que”, “même si” each numbered by 1 data. The application of french expression of opposition in the sentence can express opposition meaning only, opposition-concession meaning, concession only, opposition-restriction meaning, opposition-concession-restriction meaning, or restriction only, it depends on the context of sentence. This research is expected to give the contribution to French Language Education students of State University of Jakarta related to the french expression of opposition that can be applied to the subject of language skills such as Rédaction, moreover to the exam of DELF B2 level.
