Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui standarisasi ukuran celana wanita yang digunakan oleh pengusaha konfeksi di Bandung, cara pengambilan ukuran untuk membuat standar ukuran celana wanita, hubungan model celana dan jenis material kain terhadap ukuran standar celana wanita dan ukuran standar celana wanita yang digunakan pada konfeksi. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan tujuan untuk menggali informasi berdasarkan fenomena yang sedang terjadi yakni beragamnya ukuran standar celana wanita yang digunakan oleh pelaku usaha industri konfeksi. penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dimana pengumpulan datanya meliputi dua rangkaian yaitu wawancara dan observasi. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengalaman kerja berperan penting untuk merumuskan ukuran standar yang akan digunakan. Daftar nama ukuran standar konfeksi lebih spesifik. cara pengambilan ukuran yang diperlukan untuk ukuran standar celana wanita yakni berdasaran postur tubuh dan sampel celana yang sudah ada. faktor yang mempengaruhi pembentukan ukuran standar yaitu postur tubuh, model celana, dan material kain dimana model celana dan material kain mempengaruhi penggunaan ukuran stadar. jenis ukuran yang digunakan konfeksi yakni jenis ukuran numerik. fenomena ukuran standar yang beragam dapat diatasi jika pengusaha konfeksi mencantumkan ukuran hasil jadi celana yang telah diproduksi dan pemerintah dapat membuat kebijakan akan ukuran standar celana wanita SNI yang belum diketahui oleh banyaknya pelaku usaha industri konfeksi. This study aims to find out the standardization of the size of women's trousers used by convectionery entrepreneurs in Bandung, the way of measuring to make the standard size of women's trousers, the connection between trousers model and the type of fabric to the standard size of women's trousers with the standard size measurements of women’s trousers that being used by convection. The method used in this study is qualitative research method, with the aim to dig information based on the phenomenon that is happening right now, it is the the variety of standard size of women's trousers used by the perpetrators of the convection industry. This research use descriptive method with qualitative research type where data collections are interview and observation. The results of this study show that work experience plays an important role to formulate the standarization that will be used. The list of measurements that being used by convection is more specific. Ways to take the size that needed for the standard size of women's trousers that is based on posture and sample trousers that already exist. There are some elements that affecting the formation of standard measurements. There are posture, trouser’s model, and fabric material where the model of trousers and fabric material affect the use of the standard size. The type of size used by the convections is type of numerical size. The phenomenon of a variety of standard sizes can be overcome if the convectionary entrepreneur lists the size of the finished product of the trousers that have been produced and the government can make a policy on the standard size of SNI women's trousers not yet known by the many perpetrators of the confection industry.
