Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gaya komunikasi guru yang disukai berdasarkan perspektif siswa/i sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang turun ke lapangan dengan jenis survei. Peneliti mengkonstruk alat ukur Gaya Komunikasi dengan menggunakan teori Kreitner & Kanicki. Cronbach alpha gaya komunikasi sebesar 0.77. Responden final dari penelitian ini sebanyak 92 siswa/i sekolah dasar di kelurahan Pondok Kelapa, Jakarta Timur. Partisipan terdiri dari 47 siswa lakilaki dan 42 siswi perempuan. Serta gaya komunikasi asertif yang paling disukai dalam penelitian ini. This study was conducted to determine the preferred communication style of teacher based on perspective of primary school students. This research uses descriptive method. The method used in this research is research that goes into the field with the type of survey. The researchers constructed the Communication Style measurement tool using the Kreitner & Kanicki theory. Cronbach alpha communication style of 0.77. Final respondents from this study were 92 elementary school students in the village of Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta. Participants consisted of 47 male students and 42 female students. As well as assertive communication style is the most favorite in this study.
