Abstract

Pembuatan laporan dapat dilakukan secara otomatis oleh sistem tanpa harus memindahkan daftar transaksi ke jurnal secara manual sehingga pembuatan laporan lebih efisien dalam penggunaan waktu dan tenaga. Sebab apabila jumlah pendapatan dan pengeluaran yang terjadi cukup banyak, akan membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga kerja yang banyak untuk melaksanakan pengelolaan pembuatan laporan tersebut. Untuk itu pihak pengelola harus dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut agar proses pengelolaan dapat berjalan dengan cepat dan lancar. Skripsi ini disusun dengan tujuan peneliti ingin mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen keuangan pada LPBB Bintang Solusi Mandiri. Proses pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan database MySql dan bahasa pemrograman java, dimana sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode rational unified process (RUP). Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Pada tahap evaluasi dilakukan uji fungsional dan dilakukan user acceptence test (UAT). Hasil penelitian tes fungsional dan user acceptence test terhadap sistem informasi bahwa fungsi dan fitur sistem informasi manajemen keuangan pada LPBB Bintang Solusi Mandiri yang telah dibangun berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan requirement dari user. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut saat ini sistem informasi manajemen keuangan siap digunakan *Reporting can be done automatically by the system without having to move the transactions to the journal list manually so that making the reports more efficient use of time and effort. For when the amount of income and expenditure that happened quite a lot, it will take time and a lot of manpower to carry out the management of the making of the report. For that party managers should be able to resolve the issue so that the management process can run quickly and smoothly. Thesis is organized with the objective of researchers want to develop a financial management information system on Standalone Solutions Star LPBB. Development process of information system uses a MySql database and the java programming language, where this information system using the method of rational unified process (RUP). Research done by doing observation, interviews, and the study of the literature. At this stage of the evaluation of the functional test is done and done user acceptence of test (UAT). Functional test results and user acceptence of test against the information systems that the functions and features of financial management information system in a Standalone Solution Star LPBB has been built to function properly and in accordance with the requirement of the user. Based on the results of the current financial management information system is ready to use.
