Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat tingkat komunikasi interpersonal, tingkat kepuasan kerja guru dan ada tidaknya hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan kerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi. Variabel yang diteliti adalah komunikasi interpersonal sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel terkait (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif yang berbentuk survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut, ukuran sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 guru dari 378 guru. pengumpulan data untuk Komunikasi Interpersonal (X) dan Kepuasan Kerja (Y) menggunakan angket. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus korelaso product moment didapat koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,0625 dan uji-t = 4,065 dengan uji satu pihak, dk = 58 serta taraf signifikasi α = 0,05 dari daftar signifikasi diperoleh t(58:0,05) adalah sebesar 2,002. Ini berarti bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Dengan demikian dapat dikatan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima, sehingga terdapat hubungan yang positif antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan kerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi. the level of job satisfaction of teachers and the relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction of teachers in the State Primary School kecamatan Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi. The variables studied were interpersonal communication as the independent variable (X) and job satisfaction as related variables (Y). The method used is descriptive in the form of a survey. The population in this study is a teacher at the State Primary School Kecamatan Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi. Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. Based on this technique, the sample size used in this study were 60 teachers from 378 teachers. Data collection for Interpersonal Communications (X) and job satisfaction (Y) using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using the formula obtained korelasi product moment correlation coefficient (r) = 0.0625 and t-test = 4.065 to test the one hand, df = 58, and the level of significance α = 0.05 significance of the list obtained by the t (58: 0,05) is equal to 2.002. This means that thitung greater than ttable. Thus it can be dikatan that the hypothesis can be accepted, so there is a positive relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction of teachers in the State Primary School Babelan District of Bekasi Regency
