Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, membuktikan secara empiris, dan mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaan tugas guru sekolah minggu dalam proses pembelajaran di HKBP Bojong Rangkong, Pulogebang, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian evaluasi ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara serta hasil penelitian yaitu untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru sekolah minggu dalam pembelajaran di sekolah minggu, teknik penelitian berdasarkan instrumen, agar peneliti dalam mengumpulkan data pekerjaaannya lebih mudah serta hasilnya lebih cermat, lengkap, dan sistematis sehingga lebih mudah diolah. Peneliti melakukan observasi dengan mengadakan pengamatan terhadap kegiatan yang sedang berlangsung, mencatat informasi sebagaimana peristiwa yang terjadi di sekolah minggu dengan dilengkapi format atau blangko pengamatan sebagai instrumen. Peneliti mewawancara dengan 3 responden. Teknik analisis data kualitatif yang dilakukan bersamaan dengan pengumpulan data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyelenggara program sekolah minggu belum mencapai standar dalam pembelajaran. Terlihat ketiga guru sekolah minggu tidak membuat perencanaan pembelajaran, ada yang tidak mengikuti simulasi mengajar dan ada juga yang tidak membuat alat peraga. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru sekolah minggu yang baik dapat menarik anak-anak Jemaat yang belum bergabung di sekolah minggu dengan melihat peningkatan jumlah anak sekolah minggu tahun 2014 ******* This study aimed to describe , demonstrate empirically , and determine the extent of implementation of the tasks Sunday school teachers in the learning process in HKBP Bojong hornbill , Pulogebang , East Jakarta . The evaluation study conducted by descriptive method. Researchers collected data through observation and interviews as well as the results of the research is to improve the performance of teachers in the Sunday school teaching in Sunday school, research techniques based instruments, so that researchers in collecting data easier and the results more accurate, complete, and systematic so more easily processed. Researchers conducted observations to make observations of the ongoing activitie , record the information as events that occur in the school week or blank format to include observation as an instrument. Researchers interviewed the three respondents . Qualitative data analysis techniques are performed in conjunction with the collection of data and conclusions . Results of this study can be concluded that the organizers of Sunday school program has not reached the standard of learning . Third seen not Sunday school teachers make lesson plans , there is no follow simulation teaching and some are not making props . It was concluded that the performance of a good Sunday school teachers can attract children who have not joined the congregation in Sunday school by looking at the increase in the number of children of school weeks in 2014 .
